We went as a party of 5. The food tasted good but they set us at a table with one grill. This was our first time. The grill can only cook enough for each person to get like 1-2 bites and then wait for the next batch of meat to cook to get another bit or two. It took us 2 hours of continuous cooking and none of us were really full when we left. We just reached their 2 hour limit and frankly were tired of trying to feed 5 people on a grill the size of a dinner plate. (Also each dish of chicken contained ONE marinated chicken thigh. One thigh split FIVE ways). We read that it was all you can eat so we all went there hungry. And we remained hungry for a very long time despite cooking up one chicken thigh to split 5 ways every few minutes. Servers were not rude at all but none of them were very helpful either even though we told them this was our first time at a restaurant like this. There was no rice or anything else to eat besides the food we were given to cook on the grill. There were a few containers of kimchi and stuff but again only enough for a few of us to have one bite. And they never refilled them. So it was $170 for five of us to eat this way. The meat we did try was tasty… Had we been a party of 2-3 it might have been fine but it was absolutely not a good experience for a party of 5. Seriously the most frustrating dining experience I’ve had in a very very long time.

Yikes! Came here for the experience and left with an MSG headache and a stomach and heart filled of disappointment. It all tasted the same to my party of 4. Our server was not knowledgeable enough to explain to us what the meat choices were. I understand everyone has their first job but at a place like this I would expect the staff to know what they are feeding people. The “All you can eat” standard option is $30/person which seemed overpriced to us considering they give you a two hour time limit to eat all your food, if you leave left overs there is a $10 surcharge. Our group agreed K Bbq is NOT for us.

Food was decent but our experience was spoiled by the young staff. My brand new vape fell out of my pocket at our table and one of the staff picked it up and kept it. When I asked if they had seen it as I was leaving, a group of them said no and laughed. I called a bit later to make sure, they said no and laughed again. Probably won’t return, sadly.
Food was good but they only limit to 3 orders per round which is kind of ridiculous with big groups like us with 5 girls who couldnt cook fast enough... while I understand it's to reduce food waste let the customers pay if they waste too much food..its quite simple. And the options were so limited even with premium packages, not nearly enough veggies and ice cream is not included lol. Not something I expected as every other bbq I have been to have been exponentially better and includes dessert in the end. Not worth it for price. While service were very firendly we had to flag them quite a bit. But they were busy so its understandable.

I had a great experience here during my visit to Eugene! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. If I'm ever back in town, 'II definitely be coming again. Highly recommend - 10/10!

Today my boyfriend and I came to eat. We have eaten here many times. But this time I really didn't like the girl with the low ponytail and bangs in the front. She seemed to look down on us, she brought the food out and threw it hard on the table without saying anything. I really didn't like this. She is friendly to others but does that to us, I feel discriminated against.

The staff is so on top of all your needs and the food is BOMB! Have never had anything bad here and they are always super accommodating. Only slight drawback is it can get kind of loud with the vents over the bbq plates and all the happy people enjoying their meals. But so worth it. Treat yourself and your friends to excellent food and service!
