Food was decent but our experience was spoiled by the young staff. My brand new vape fell out of my pocket at our table and one of the staff picked it up and kept it. When I asked if they had seen it as I was leaving, a group of them said no and laughed. I called a bit later to make sure, they said no and laughed again. Probably won’t return, sadly.

Food was good but they only limit to 3 orders per round which is kind of ridiculous with big groups like us with 5 girls who couldnt cook fast enough... while I understand it's to reduce food waste let the customers pay if they waste too much food..its quite simple. And the options were so limited even with premium packages, not nearly enough veggies and ice cream is not included lol. Not something I expected as every other bbq I have been to have been exponentially better and includes dessert in the end. Not worth it for price. While service were very firendly we had to flag them quite a bit. But they were busy so its understandable.

I had a great experience here during my visit to Eugene! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. If I'm ever back in town, 'II definitely be coming again. Highly recommend - 10/10!

Today my boyfriend and I came to eat. We have eaten here many times. But this time I really didn't like the girl with the low ponytail and bangs in the front. She seemed to look down on us, she brought the food out and threw it hard on the table without saying anything. I really didn't like this. She is friendly to others but does that to us, I feel discriminated against.

The staff is so on top of all your needs and the food is BOMB! Have never had anything bad here and they are always super accommodating. Only slight drawback is it can get kind of loud with the vents over the bbq plates and all the happy people enjoying their meals. But so worth it. Treat yourself and your friends to excellent food and service!

Vegetarian options: Minimal options for vegetarians. Very accommodating on substitutes. Sign says everyone at the table has to order the all you can eat option but they were very nice to accommodate part of our party who are vegetarians and could not do all you can eat meat.

wasn’t given the nicest service and was confused why plain broccoli is a default banchan but not kimchi
first time comin back after a while, brisket moved to the premium plan ? paid the extra few dollars for premium and was served a downgrade in meat quality, wasn’t allowed to have more than one serving of brisket at once and service was kinda not that great.

i ain’t gonna lie moving the brisket to premium was really upsetting to me but when i met one of the waiter name johnson he was such an amazing waiter he was quick and fast on serving the meats and replacing our side dishes. He might be the mvp at korean bbq and needs a raise. He is like Usain Bolt the way he moves with them meat pause. I will be coming back again 10/10 experience i would do it again only if he was working no cap

Best Korean BBQ in Eugene! The servers are so attentive (especially with all you can eat)! They play K-pop music videos on their TVs, and there is plenty of space. Sides are delicious, couldn't get enough of the kimchi and daikon- so good. Pretty nice soju and sake selection. All you can eat is for two hours and the have three levels to choose from, all with large selections of meats. We got the second level, and it was well worth it. Just make sure you eat what you order. $10 fee if you don't! Our bellies were happy and full by the end of it.
