Decent chicken. Dry biscuits. Terrible service. Preordered and paid. Not only not ready , but the guy did not even know that the order (and three others) was there. This was 1 hour 45 minutes after opening. Then he started to ring it up, though I had paid online. I regret having included a tip at purchase.Parking: No easy parking for pickup.

I arrive at 11:45 am and on the doors it is posted that they open at 10:00 am, but the doors were locked, nobody answered the phone (I called three times) and knocked on the door until someone came out from the kitchen and YELLED "WE'RE CLOSED!!" Online it also said they opened at 10:00 am.

Have driven by this place for years without stopping. Got some chicken strips from there and they were delicious. Sad that I never stopped before. Highly recommend their sweet and sour sauce.

The chicken is delicious and the location is super convenient for my job, but for the past couple of months their open close times don't matter. Sometimes they are open, and many times they are not. There is no rhyme or reason for it, and even sometimes the lights will be on and everything but still be closed in the middle of the day. It isn't dependable at all.

It wasn't the best place to eat but it was something. The chicken was ok but a little dry, the biscuits were pretty hard, but the mac'n cheese was pretty good. First of all guests couldn't use the restroom and they told us to use it at a pub across the street (who would do that). The employees were talking about suggestive stuff. The thing I liked the most is that one of the employees was talking on the phone funny and I couldn't keep myself from laughing

The chicken was great. Super moist and flavorful. The biscuits were amazing with the honey butter sauce. My only problem was when the manager came into the restaurant. She was completely unprofessional and used excessive amounts of profanity while yelling at her staff in the kitchen. She made me and my partner extremely uncomfortable while we were dining in.

Stay away right after I got the dry chicken some used my debit card to but stuff in Detroit Michigan if you roll the dice on chicken use cash.
My husband ate at this place on Friday evening. Here it is, Sunday, and I’m sitting here listening to my husband rant still about how terrible the food was and how badly his stomach hurt after he ate there. Just don’t do it friends.

The first time I tried this restaurant, the service was so slow, I just left, as did the other people in line. However, they have made big improvements. I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman that served me today because it was stellar service. And the chicken sandwich is perfect. Crispy chicken, soft bun, just the right amount of pickles, and affordable.

the worst service i have ever experienced. the workers were checked out and not in their right mental mind state. the food was terrible and had been sitting out all day. i will not be going back with poor customer service and poor food conditions.
