Why.Chicken is bland. How can you call it Cajun when it doesn't even have salt. Honey biscuit was dry. And the Mac and Cheese... I've included a picture. No words.

The employees don’t like to make the hot food and just talk poorly about the other employees. Poor atmosphere and a poor choice of a place to stop by for a snack.

The workers never answer the phone. I want to know if they still serve Skipper's Fish. This frustrates me that I can't reach them by phone to find out.

Last several visits have been disappointing. The chicken was not crunchy and had almost no seasoning. The people working in the store are mostly interested in the sketchy friends standing around and not the customers. The owners never seem to be around anymore and I think they need to be. I don’t mind paying more for a quality product but now this chicken isn’t any better than grocery store chicken.

It does matter which franchise you arrive at in Eugene/Springfield area. When ordering, the clerks are spaced out, are clueless about the offerings. Chicken/offerings are expensive and seldom fresh. I have given up on this purveyor, they are not Popeyes or Kentucky fried chicken. Sorry, I don't care if it is local.... no excuses for the lazy and unforgiven.

I arrive at 11:45 am and on the doors it is posted that they open at 10:00 am, but the doors were locked, nobody answered the phone (I called three times) and knocked on the door until someone came out from the kitchen and YELLED "WE'RE CLOSED!!"Online it also said they opened at 10:00 am.

The chicken is delicious and the location is super convenient for my job, but for the past couple of months their open close times don't matter. Sometimes they are open, and many times they are not. There is no rhyme or reason for it, and even sometimes the lights will be on and everything but still be closed in the middle of the day. It isn't dependable at all.

Several times I have gone to Florence crispy chicken this last time is the final straw for me. I asked for a 8 piece chicken at 3:00 in the afternoon and the manager told me they were busy cooking breakfast and I'm more than welcome to buy these four single chicken strips. Not a time limit as to when they could do it considering they supposed to serve chicken until 4:30 or 5:00 and then I asked for maybe some macaroni then and again he said no what I have out is all I'm doing today and this is the third time that this particular manager is spoken to me this way I will never step foot and there again The chicken's amazing if you want crispy chicken go to a different town Cornelius Oregon they know how to do it

Showed up at 12:15 on a Sunday. Door says they open at 11AM, not a single light on inside. 3 time trying to get ahold of food from multiple locations of Krunchy. I've given up.

Hate to complain about little things but my usual chicken spot is Krunchy over on commerce & 11th, oddly the two are different! Breading on the chicken here was not as crunchy. Gonna have to try again to see if its a consistency issue.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this spot. I was psyched to see a spot to get fried chicken in downtown Eugene. When I came across this chicken restaurant on Google, it had 3.6 stars so I figured I'd give it a try. My excitement, however, waned after my experience ordering, waiting for, and eating my food. It's clear that this place is brand new and the staff are not yet trained on the inner workings of the place. In fact, one employee was filling in another employee on the logistics of things while 1) my order was not being made, and 2) there were people waiting to order. I had to interrupt them because I had already been waiting for some time to order (when there were only myself and another person in the restaurant) and it was frustrating that two employees were looking through closets as the rest of my order (which was sitting right there under a heat lamp) could have been quickly boxed up. I received my food--not sure if I actually got everything I paid for but just really wanted to leave--and left. My next disappointment came after eating the meal. I ordered chicken tenders, fries/potato wedges, a honey biscuit, and a 5-piece honey shrimp. The shrimp were made fresh and were decent. That's the only positive thing I can say. The fries/potato wedges were dry, which I anticipated since they were the last of the bunch sitting there and I didn't want to wait longer for fresh ones. The biscuit was deathly sweet; I should have figured as much since the woman who took my order asked if I wanted the blueberry one, which was really sweet or the honey butter one, which was supposedly less so. I went with the latter but it was still unbearable. Lastly, the chicken tenders...I ordered four but I only finished one and a half. It was simply too dry. Not even the sauce--which I was offered three of and thought was a bit excessive so I only went with one--could save it. Moreover, this place says "Cajun" but there was nothing in the flavoring that I could identify as such. Maybe I was supposed to put the seasoning on the chicken myself; there were containers of it available on the counter but no take-home packets. Altogether, it was not a pleasant meal; I spent $12 but couldn't finish it. I don't like to waste food but it was too difficult to swallow. To be fair, I don't fault the employees; it seems that the folks working there are also employees at the Buy 2. They seemed pleasant, yet understandably overwhelmed by having to learn everything on the fly and take orders. I don't see myself going back simply because the food wasn't to my liking, but I hope the business is able to make improvements and eventually thrive.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. My girlfriend finally agreed so tonight was the night. I was excited and hungry. We had a pretty large order as I wanted to try a lot of the menu so I would know what I liked the best. Called to order pick up and no one answered (called about 7:45 pm - they are open until 10). Tried again with no answer. That's pretty odd I thought but ok. I drive there. Walk in and am greeted nicely. While I am pulling my order out of my pocket I am told that they had been busy and ran out of supplies and the fryers were already shut down ( 2 hours before closing). The sole employee pointed at 3 pieces of dried out chicken under a heat lamp and said "this is what we have, would you like some".First time visiting this place and the last. Maybe I'll try another location.

I really enjoyed the blueberry biscuit and the dipping sauces... but the chicken fingers I got had a texture like they had been under a heat lamp for a couple hours. I might try and get it again right when they open and see if it improves, but probably not.

Worst chicken I've ever had. It was dried up chicken skin which I could hardly chew. Never again will I order here. I think it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days.
