A lot of stuff can be ordered vegan! They are also pretty accommodating with gf. This is my favorite Thai place in Eugene! Updated from previous review on 2026-02-27
Everything is top notch. LOVE the brussel sprouts!
Best Thai food I think I’ve ever had. We live in the Bay Area and there are many options for Thai or Laotian food and this is seriously better than anything I’ve found there. I love this place but I seriously dislike the ordering at the counter. Please get an active QR code to order from the table. When we went tonight there was a short line to order so I grabbed two menus and took a pic of the specials and went around to seat ourselves. The person taking order was like oh you’re going to seat yourselves? I was like yes I want to read the menu before ordering. It’s just an awkward thing to have to wait in line to be seated while other people order when you know you aren’t ready to order until you read over the menu. I feel like if they just switched to toasttab they could eliminate this weirdness and still streamline the ordering process. It’s just a weird way of running the front of house.
We had curry with chicken, seafood dumplings and an amazing seared ahi tuna special. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Hands down best Thai food in Eugene. Service model not so great. Ordering when you first come in is awful. QR code at table does not work. I wanted to order a bottle of wine, not an option. I ended up paying for food on one ticket, bottle of wine another ticket, and drinks yet a third ticket. How is this streamlining anything. Also, please do not serve glasses of wine FIVE DAYS after the botte of wine was opened. This no longer wine. Finally, one glass of wine is $12, but a bottle is $55. I have never been to a restaurant where the math works out such that it is cheaper per glass to order by the glass. 4 glasses = one bottle. 4*12=48, but to order bottle it its 55. I did not want a bottle anyway, but i ordered it because i did not want five day old wine. Server seemed totally uninterested in my minor sigh over the whole issue. Unlikely to go back even though we loved the food. :(

This place used to be my go-to, we were regulars. But the new ordering system completely ruins the ambiance and the prices are not justified without real service. We will not be going back unless they change it back. Such a bummer!

FOOD: Nice, enjoyable Thai restaurant with good, authentic food. We had curry puff and wild mushroom dumplings as starters, and tried the pad kee mao and garlic eggplant basil (which had plenty of eggplant). Medium spice was perfect for us—not too spicy. Portions are adequate for one person to finish at the table; don’t expect large portions with lots of leftovers like other Thai places.
SERVICE: They have a slightly different ordering system—upon entering, you stand in line, decide your order, pay, and then get seated (you can still order more at the table). Overall, service was quick, and food started arriving within about 5 minutes of sitting down.
AMBIENCE: Large seating area with a pleasant ambience.
LOCATION: Located in the downtown area with free customer parking adjacent to the entrance.
WAITING TIME: No real waiting time, except about 5–10 minutes to stand in line while people ahead of us placed their orders.

Mediocre Thai food. The curry did not have the best balance of flavors and the pad see ew was overly salted and the noodles were of poor texture. Unfortunate.

Great place to celebrate a special occasion. Cocktails were good especially the Thaiphoon which contained thai iced coffee. Service was also good but we ordered a pizza and they gave us scissors for us to cut it ourselves which felt a bit awkward, especially with the scissors breaking in two and needing to reattach them.

Sooo delicious, so friendly! Highly recommend this place.
Krob Krua is one of my favorites. They always deliver high quality, delicious food with such depth of flavor. Took my partner's family here this evening and everyone was so happy with their food.

Love everything about this place except for its service model. Must order and pay for your drink before youre allowed to be seated? Five minutes of your phone with multiple verifications before you can order? Ask the servers about specials except there aren't any servers? I know this is common, but its not what I want when I go out to dinner.
