I'll.just say that I used to love eating at Laughing Planet and it seems to have gone down hill. I think that they could do better. My rice and beans were undercooked and that just throws off the whole flavor, texture and experience of the burrito. The burrito was only lukewarm on top of it. I only get to eugene once in a while and while I was here I was really hoping have a fulfilling and affordable meal experience. I was disappointed. Please don't serve undercooked rice and beans.

The young man that waited on us was super kind and greeted us with a big smile.
I had the Thai Bowl with jasmine rice. My hubby had the Harvest Bowl. We also shared a bowl of vegan chili soup. All were made to perfection!!
Inside and outside dining areas. We sat outside. It was pleasant.
Make this a MUST STOP when passing through Eugene!!

I’m traveling with non-vegans and this place was amazing for everyone! Huge menu including lots of vegan meals and basically everything else can be made vegan too. They even had vegan cookies! Really cool ambience and the staff was super friendly.

Simple place with good vibes and music. The Korean bowl with tofu was delicious and the vegan chili nicely spiced. The chips and guacamole too salty and too garlicky. The highlight was the elderflower kombucha from the tap.

I watched the chefs handle much of the food with their hands not wearing gloves, change stations multiple times while never washing their hands once. Took a bit longer than expected to get our food for then to forgot what kind of order it was and and to switch it to for travel. It was also left in the counter for awhile before it was noticed. Tasted ok though...don't wanna waste food.
Food was amazing as best burrito I ever had. Freshly made with super fresh ingredients. Staff was so friendly, informative and fun. Will always go back.

We liked the person helping us at the counter. However, when I got my Thai bowl, it was hard not to find food with fiber like bristles of various lengths on it. We picked quite a few out and they didn’t break. My husband had a burrito and it has given him a horrible stomach ache.
