The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back.The food, terrible. Between both meals that were ordered, neither of us really enjoyed the food we received. The flavors were terribly bland, my dish was so dry that I downed my water well before I even attempted half of my dish.I definitely do not recommend this at all. I cannot see what the hype about this place is?

I heard good things about this place, had a coupon for one free meal when ordering two and went with my husband today (Sunday.) The place was practically empty. Twice, someone dropped in and took food to go. While we waited, the two female employees were on their phones and the male cook was either looking around, at his phone, cooking or chatting with the two women. My husband and I couldn't understand what was taking so long. Finally I got up from our table and asked when our food would be ready. We were told that ours was next. It was served without pleasantries and the food was satisfactory and filling, though not really tasty. We were ignored for the duration of our meal and were not acknowledged when we left. I'm glad that we were able to use the coupon because it was not worth the amount for the full price of two meals. We will not be back.

So disappointed. Have ordered the Bollywood bowl dozens of times from the South Eugene location, but got from Blair location today and it was awful. Undercooked rice, undercooked vegetables, overcooked chick en like rubber. And took FOREVER to prepare. Will definitely not return to this location. LP needs to up their consistency game.

How dare you... You don't understand what you've done.. taking away such a glorious, comforting, and supportive menu item known only as the "spankys bowl" Now this may no effect you the way this deeply and personally hurts my being, but make no mistake the world is now a worse place. The spankys bowl (RIP) had brought me incredulous amounts of joy and prosperity for over of my lifetime, but now my life no purpose.. I'm beside myself with grief and will need the next 30 business days to process this request.. thank you Ps for real why'd you take it from me

I got myself the Bollywood bowl; it was delicious. This is particularly enjoyable because I requested it in the Vegan option. (Black beans and rice) instead of the chicken breast. I made it disappear rather quickly. This was due to the melange of Indian spices and crunchy Garbanzo beans. The service was good, since we got there before the lunch rush. It was warm when we arrived, but the temperature inside dropped significantly when folks start trickling in.I'd have preferred the music volume a bit lower, but it wasn't deafening.I always have had a good experience with Laughing Planet, so far.

Place was pretty quiet.Food was ok, had the Korean bbq bowl, I'd say it definitely needed more flavor and it really wasn't that filling.I like the options of food there especially being gluten-free/dairy-free. But maybe I'll give them another try one day

Food is good, like all laughing planets. But dang, you can see the cooks on the side and they are soooooo freaking slow. Like chatting not doing anything while hungry people are waiting for their food and tickets are stacking up. I get that food service is hard but please for goodness sakes it just a burrito. Waited 30 mins for just a bean and cheese.
