Doesn't carry Zap Paks anymore, then the pizza made me horribly sick/puking everywhere, had to be sent home from work. Losing 300$ for missed work isn't work a 10$ pizza

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!! Everything was RAW. The pizza was raw. Crazy bread was RAW. Bacon puff was RAW. I will never get again. You gave my whole family food poisoning GROSS

It had cheese missing on the top left and a bunch of sauce on that area. It wasn’t cooked long enough so we asked if they could pass it through the oven again and take some sauce from that area. We assumed they would add more cheese because those slices are 1/3 just bread and sauce. The pictures are the end result after they brought it back. They just made a pizza that they obviously didn’t care about. For 16.99 I should have received a better pizza.

My delivered pizza and bread was fit for the trash. I live about 6-minutes away from the store. My order was picked up at 7:36 pm and wasn’t delivered until 8:50 pm. The grease had completely soaked through the box and the pizza was stuck to the box. Most likely violates food safety guidelines that it sat in the driver’s car for over an hour. I tried to cancel it after over an hour and updated delays but when I called Little Caesar’s at around 8:24 to cancel and they said it was still cooking. They literally lied to me. I saw the pickup time on the box. For reals - nearly $50 and was so gross. The only reason I ordered delivery was because I drove 9 hours in the last two days. But I don’t need to make excuses.
I think the DoorDash was the problem. When they did finally deliver it I was outside with a flashlight because he was driving up to my neighbors houses. He had his date with him too. I don’t know if Dashers are allowed to work and date at the same time but the old style pizza delivery drivers were held to a higher standard. No my DoorDash for me or Little Caesars delivery.

I had a deeply frustrating experience at this location. The service was shockingly poor. I arrived at 7:14 PM to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 7:06 PM. Despite waiting until 7:42 PM, my pizzas were undercooked and poorly cut. During my wait, I witnessed three workers completely ignore customers for 17 minutes straight. There were no hot and ready pizzas, and multiple DoorDash drivers left empty-handed because their orders had been lost in the system.
Three other customers and I stood in the lobby for at least 15 minutes without anyone coming to help or even acknowledge us. The employees were seen complaining about being short-staffed but failed to expedite or communicate with anyone. The soda cooler was barely stocked, dusty, and the sodas were warm.
One worker stood at the register, clearly distracted by their cell phone and made no attempt to assist customers, only to disappear into the back after making a phone call. I understand that short staffing can be challenging, but a basic level of customer service and communication was sorely missing. This experience was highly disappointing and poorly managed.
The last few times I have orders from this location, my order took much longer than it should have, the employees were disorganized, and the food was mediocre at best. But I chalked it up to being a busy place and assumed the employees were new and still learning, but tonight - there is no excuse for anything that was going on!
I would be mortified if this was my business and I was letting down and pissing off that many customers. I would also be furious that my employees are driving away profit and not keeping the place clean or welcoming!

The two employees working 8/10/24 seemed upset that I was interrupting their smoke break when I ordered around 9:45. The crazy bread I ordered had been destroyed inside of its package, absolutely mangled, no way that could’ve happened any other way than it being purposefully crushed by someone’s hands. So lame, wish I had checked before I left. I hope they get talked to.
