I ordered two pizzas I asked for both of them to be cooked well done I called the location asking for a replacement and was denied it says on my recipe well done I asked to talk to a manager when telling her I was also a restaurant manager and I felt rude and disrespected by not having my pizza cooked properly she told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone the owners to this place have not so friendly people working there I would still like a replacement and the manager who took my call be demoted to the owners of this location please get ahold of me and replace my order because now I really feel disrespected by this place which not alright at all and you would think there would be better customer service

Huge shout out to Russell, the manager at Little Caesars on Seneca. Somehow my order for 5 pizzas got messed up through online ordering and was made on the 19th instead of the 24th, and I was stressed that I was not gonna be able to have the pizza for my daughter's birthday, but when I talked to Russell, he was extremely kind and understanding and made it so I could just call on the 24th and have the pizzas remade at no cost, since I'd already paid once. Thanks to him, I'll still have pizza's for my Ari's birthday!

Doesn't carry Zap Paks anymore, then the pizza made me horribly sick/puking everywhere, had to be sent home from work. Losing 300$ for missed work isn't work a 10$ pizza
