I waited over 25 minutes for a "hot 'n' ready" pizza that looked terrible and was barely warm. The employees obviously forgot about my order and left it sitting out. I've never had this problem before and will never again; I'm not going back ever

A female employee working a closing shift on 12/23/24 was very rude and refused to give me the online price of an order even when I showed her that it would not let me place it due to a glitch. She said that my only option is to pay full price for pizza that wasn't even ready?! You take care of your customers, not draw them away! Very disappointed.

One of my boyfriends favorites. Generally there very quick, no more than a 10 minutes wait. Cheap food, real good quality. The customer service is usually very quick and willing to help as well.

More amazing pizza from Little Caesar's, this time crazy bread and made to order pizza. Fresh, hot, and delicious as always. Kira, the employee at the front counter, was courteous and knowledgeable about the product selection. Nice job, young lady!

I was surprised as I don't usually go into Little Caesars Pizza Pizza that was something I wasn't aware of that they had pre-made which was ideal cuz I was able to pick up personal pan pizza for me and a personal pan pizza for my girlfriend and took it to her and she was so appreciative because it was a surprise.
Just changed my ALL 5 Star ? review to this. Very very convenient, and after 5 trys in 2024, I'm going to have to find somewhere else for Pizza. I'm in customer service and it is a heartbreak to see a business go from hero to zero. CANNOT get something as simple as light sauce correct. Skimpy on toppings, and with few exceptions indifferent service.

Sure the pizza was Little Cesar’s type good all the way. However we did not get our complete order and walking into it you see the most laid back pizza place ever. The Parmesan and red pepper flakes were just in card board boxes on the counter.
BUT cherry on top and why I write this, is because calling them is worthless. They don’t answer.
