Tasty vegan food

Food is amazing, but no atmosphere/service as they still don't offer dine-in... we would come here a lot more often if we could eat in the restaurant. This used to be our favorite place when we could actually dine in.

Used to be my fav. Lately it seems like they want to close down. Less hours open. Wont hire ppl for dine in. The manager is running it into the ground. Sad shell of what used to be a great place.

This food really hits the spot when you are vegan looking for that greasy Chinese take out food from childhood. It's amazing flavors and the quality is extremely consistent. Fully vegan also! Which is rare in this area.I only wish they were open more - or updated their hours when they change them. I have actually had to manually input changes for their hours in google after several weeks of the new change.TAKE OUT ONLY.

Parking: There are a couple of spots out front of the establishment but they are typically full. The parking lot across the street is paid parking and there is a parking garage half a block down. It indicates you should pay for that parking in the garage.

The absolute best vegan/vegetarian food that Lane co. has to offer. Nicest staff, and very comfortable atmosphere. The lotus delight (hunan veggie beef) is a must!

Delicious vegan food, you would never know the difference. Large portions! Always ask for potstickers!! Just wish they would open up for dine in.

Amazing restaurant it's really good, totally recommend it!

The server was super nice but the food bland and greasy.

Everything we ordered was delicious. My favorites include the vegetables chow mein, mu shu vegetable and kung pao tofu. I haven’t had mu shu vegetables in so long so this part of the dinner was especially enjoyed. I do wish they included more plum sauce and wraps for the mu shu in the to-go order. I hope they hire more vegan Chinese chefs and staff so they can reopen as a sit-down restaurant.

It's only been one visit (I live in Portland), but I have to say I'm quite a fan of Lotus Garden for several reasons: it's 100% vegan, the portions for the prices are more than fair, the takeout process was swift, & unlike our meager options back home, the food (I ordered the Hot & Sour Soup, & the Eggplant with Special Sauce (opting for the fried rice) wasn't overly salty, greasy, or bland. If I lived in Eugene, Lotus Garden would be a monthly if not weekly indulgence as Chinese food was my favorite cuisine growing up & they nailed two of my absolute favorite Chinese dishes. You're a gem, Lotus Garden! I look forward to visiting again. Updated from previous review on 2023-10-12

All vegan. They stayed open for us to get a take out while traveling. Would have been nice to have some soy sauce and chili's to spice up the dishes we ordered to add to the flavor of b the dishes. Food was fresh and very clean tasting.
