I adore this place. Most definitely the best bagel spot in Eugene or Springfield. If it’s busy, it’s not gonna be fast but that’s just how the cookie crumbles when you’re at a place that really cares about their food. Half the time that I go I get a second bagel for later. And the staff are always great. 10/10. One of my favorites.

A top recommendation from our Airbnb host, my brother-in-law, nephew, and I popped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 9am. There was a line, but it moves quickly.
The bagels come out warm and chewy and they have a variety from sesame to chocolate chip to blueberry. They have a number of cream cheeses, but no sweet option.
The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich on sesame was filling. Coming from the East Coast and used to New York City bagels, I found the bagels to be fine. My relatives, coming from small town Washington, loved the bagels.
They also offer a full coffee menu. My hazelnut latte was basic. It got the job done, but wouldn’t win any awards.
