I'm an unhoused person who travels across the country. I came over here with my friend Mossy to try and have a beer or 2 and get a song in on karaoke. Unfortunately, my ID from INDIANA was expired. I, of course, understand the strictness. So I exited the bar and went outside to the picnic table where my gear and dog was to wait for my friend to finish up. The woman bartender with black hair was incredibly rude to me, accusing me of putting the picnic table back down...it was never up. In fact, there was another lady sitting at the other one. The man bartender with short hair glasses who checked my ID was slightly better but not great either. Left a bad taste in my mouth for sure. I probably won't be back

No food to speak of but slinging weener is across the street great hot dog's! They let you eat them in here. If you can find a table.. if you sit at the bar the bartenders always seem pissed. Slamming the cut fruit holder lids down so hard as a combat vet triggered my PTSD. I sat there for 25 minutes was never asked if I wanted a drink finally had to ask. Also wouldn't let me bring in my service dog wouldn't even let me show my proof of his service to me.

I didn't have food or see any food.cbut their diet come was great. Everyone in my party who ordered drinks seemed very happy. We did karaoke, which was hilarious and a great time.

Very nice dive bar. Had live music playing, pinball, and some slot machines. Drinks were reasonably priced and the bartender was friendly.

The bartender working the night shift on 12/23 was incredibly rude . Nothing was said or done to her for her to act the way she did . She then expected me to leave a tip for her . Which I did not do. I’ve bartended for years and I tip well and I did not see why I should tip someone who had such an awful attitude. She then had the audacity to scream curse words at me on my way out because I left her no tip! There is no job I have or will ever have that would allow me to treat guests that way. Tips are not expected they are earned !!!!!!!!!!

Used to be known for pool, they've really let their pool tables be run ragid... The main bartender has been unprofessional rude on more than one occasion. But the lady bartender is super sweet. If it wasn't for pool league and me being forced to play there, I would never come back if given the choice. One of the oldest pool halls in Eugene, and it is anything but a welcoming place. Not what it used to be.
Not a good experience for me. Can literally have your drink spilled in front of the bartender at the bar and not be acknowledged for the rest of the night. I didn't even want another free drink.just being offered to order another drink or literally anything would have been sufficient but I may have not even been there it seemed. Not returning to this establishment.

Just recently started going to luckeys bar for it's events and good times and had no issues with the place until last weekend during karaoke night I asked for some pool balls to play pool and all I was asked for was my I.D. so I presented it and got the pool balls and played for about an hour and returned the balls. It was at that point I was given my I.D. back and asked to pay $10 which I explained that I wasn't told that before getting the pool balls and asked to speak to a manager and explained that I wasn't told about the fee and that it would just be nice to remind people beforehand. she said she would talk to him. So I come in a few weeks later and told I'm no longer allowed back for the scene I made last time. Which I totally didn't understand and asked why and to please give me an example of what I did and he just told me to leave. Completely unprofessional and unfair. I would understand if I had cursed or actually made a scene but that never happened and I feel like I'm being punished for his lack of responsibility to let people know that the pool tables cost money before handing out the pool balls.

Don’t come here if you’re autistic or disabled. This was my favorite karaoke spot until the bartender kicked me out and humiliated me by speaking to me like a child after 1.5 beers for not meeting her standard of what a “normal” person’s posture should look like. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and just assume she was jealous that I was on pitch, but you’re still losing a regular.
