We used Mac's Catering for a VIP reception as a part of our 150th anniversary celebration.Not only did they provide super menu suggestions at good value, they were willing to work with us to customize the choices even further.They had a neat portable bar and poured Hop Valley beer (an excellent local company).In addition, they made a unique and fun "wall of fruit" display. A chef carving and creating the pulled pork sliders was a nice touch.I had many compliments from guests and employees on how great the food was.Thanks, Pat McCallum and crew! You made our event shine.
