Great place for live music

I used to like Mac's at the Vets Club. As a musician, I've played there both at gigs and on Tuesday blues jam nights. As a patron, I've seen many of my friends play here and found new artists as well.However, due to some interactions that my husband and I have had with both staff and the owners, we both have decided not to patronize the establishment any more. In addition, my band, which plays at many local venues, doesn't accept bookings here any more either.There are a lot of other great venues in town that provide friendly service.

Never been here before. There was a very relaxed chill atmosphere. The food was top notch, the chicken bacon club was absolutely worth it. I had a Mocktail as I don't drink and that was excellent as well. The live music was great. Very friendly, attentive waitresses and bar staff. Would definitely go here again.

It is hard to find good food at a reasonable price. They truly had exceptional customer service and fantastic food. I love the live music. I will be taking friends and family there any chance i get.

Staff was rude . I was asked to show up just before 5pm to secure tickets to a show. When I showed up at the suggested time, a rude bar staff women yelled “ we are aren’t selling tickets until 6:15” . I told her I’m only here because I was instructed to be here by one of your employees …. She cut me off and said “ well , they lied “ . I don’t know why I was treated with such disrespect. I’m sorry I tried to be a customer and try a new place . Me , nor any of my friends will ever go to this place again.

I went to Mac's for New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time. The Bands were very good, the people were very friendly and a good time was had by all.

busy night and delay expected but staff very rude when just asking about my food order very kindly….I was told “you’ll get it when you get it”

Great place I like this historic building. A variety of different rooms to enjoy a band and dancing in the upstairs ballroom which has a small bar but the line was too long. The downstairs has a full bar and stage for upclose intimate concerts. I've had lunch here in the past and the food is good.

Three strikes and you're out. First trip terrible food and nowhere to sit. Second trip nowhere to sit so couldn't order food or drinks. Third trip paid the cover and guess what, no where to sit and they were still charging ppl coming in a cover, knowing there would be nowhere for them to sit or stand, either. Apparently the regulars reserve the ten tables here, everyone else is out of luck. They were even empty on a Saturday night at 8pm, but reserved. I won't be returning to pay to stand around the corner from the band, behind a wall.

It was a great night for the open blues jam. My 2nd time while visiting Oregon. I'll be back again.
