First time dining here and was not prepared for how upscale and fancy it was. I was completely dressed down and felt a little out of place. However, the friendly staff and server treated my partner and I with the same great service as those who were "better" dressed. The food was amazing. I got the chicken marsala and my partner got the marco calzone, both VERY delicious plates. I ordered an old fashion that was perfectly made. And the dessert was absolutely wonderful. It was a little spendy but worth it.

We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere as the restaurant provides a comfortable and welcoming setting. The food is good and a little overpriced for what is being served. The drinks are on point and the bread rolls are warm and delicious. Our waitress was overwhelmed with her section of the restaurant she needed to attend to and it was apparent to all who she served. She forgot our appetizers and one of our cocktails. When she was kindly reminded about it she was willing to go grab them but seemed unapologetic. She also forgot to offer us Parmesan cheese and fresh cracked pepper for the table. We watched as she offered some tables but didn’t with others. What made me want to write the review was not so much the food or the atmosphere but the quality of service being provided by our waitress. We watched from our table as she ran over to a single table with one person sitting at it, drop a personal dessert with a lit candle on it and rush off. It took another waiter to walk over to the gentleman and say “Hey, Happy Birthday man.” It just seemed cold and poor customer service to just drop a dessert with a lit candle at a single table with one person and walk off without a single hi or happy b day. I strongly believe that if the waitress had been more kind and professional to us we would of easily overlooked the price tag and taste of food and rated this place five stars. Your employees and their attitudes can truly make or break your place of business. All the best to this little charming place and those whom choose to dine here.

The food was ok but no better than eating at an Olive garden and twice the price . It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Service was not friendly at all. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.

Super disappointed. Salmon was very overcooked and the chicken was like rubber.

We had dinner on the patio. The inside is more charming with two fireplaces and reminiscent of a place in a ski town. The food was good and the waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The best part was the large lasagna that we took home to serve at a party the following evening. They prepare it and you just put it in the oven per their instructions- terrific!

Date night, not disappointed! Bret was our server and he was terrific, as always. Our meals were very good. Ravioli, lasagna, rigatoni and fettuccine. Their food has continued to improve over the past year. Consistent quality and service. We will go back again soon!

Not only was everything amazing, but our waiter went above and beyond when we saw a cat get hit on the road near the restaurant. Our waiter worked with other passersby and put the injured cat into a box and as of when we left, the restaurant was looking into getting it to an emergency vet. They really went above and beyond!

First in this location. I used to eat at the one in Portland frequently. We had reservations and seated immediately. It was full in the front room so we were in the next. Room was half full. Very quiet for the number of people. Bread was very good. I had the original Calzone. It was okay. Wife had pasta dish which she liked. The waiter was a fairly young man. Very well trained and was very attentive. Overall it was a nice evening out.

Pretty disappointed in what this restaurant has become especially for the price.. we made a reservation for my husband and my anniversary last night, the place was pretty empty however we were sat between two other tables with larger groups (we did indicate it was an anniversary dinner on the reservation so I assumed if they weren’t too busy maybe we would have a bit more space between us and other guests for a more intimate dinner, I was wrong). Oddly there was no music playing in the restaurant and so we could hear all of the other conversations around us very clearly. Music would have been nice at least just for the ambiance but also would have helped to drown out all the other conversions (especially the ones that were less than appropriate) It was kinda awkwardly quiet but also loud at the same time if that makes sense. Food was okay, nothing special… I found it odd that they didn’t have fresh grated Parmesan (even Olive Garden has that at least, and we all know how cheap Olive Garden is) they just hand you a shaker jar with the equivalent of what you buy off the shelf pre shredded at the store. Just felt like a waste of money, we spent over $110 for two people and likely won’t go back.

Waiter didn't bring bread, ask/give refills on drinks including water, and rolled his eyes at our order. I used to live Mazzi's but will consider trying new places instead.
