If you get delivery done through the app just go ahead and expect a different meal than what you ordered. Don’t even bother trying to show up to the store cause they won’t do anything to fix it.

The workers came and mopped the floor while I ate and didn’t put up a sign. I didn’t notice this but went to put my tray away and slipped, landing on my lower back. Stunned, I got up; but instead of offering any help from the management, the worker rushed the “ wet floor” sign (which was folded and leaning against the wall) out onto the floor. Shameless treatment. The only help I got was from other customers who offered to testify in a. court case.

They messed up my order, took the food back, then took the peace of food I requested off due to a allergy and they gave it back with the some of the peace’s left on the sandwich. Tryed calling but didn’t work.

Was upset when got told they couldn't take my order when walking the drive thru and told to do mobile order since lobby was closed. However they made up for it after I asked to speak to management when employees took out next mobile order by giving us a dozen cookies free for the refusal their employee shouldn't of done while they had headset off doing paperwork.
