Last 2 times Ive gone here they took my order at the drive through only to tell me after they ran my card they didnt have what I ordered, the last time I ordered a large fries and a coke only to be told, after they ran my card and made we wait 10 min that "the drink machine was down and they were waiting for fries" after 10 min - just tell your customers when you are unable to complete their order and dont waste our time. I wont be back

Stopped in last night to grab a quick dinner for the family.Only complaint was by the time we got home.The fries were pretty cold and we only lived five blocks away. Other than that, my order was correct.And brought to the car in a timely manner.

We didn't get everything we ordered. Fries were cold and dumped upside down in the bag. The drink was not close to being filled and what a joke to watch them when I asked them to fill it. They put the cup below the countertop level and took another smaller cup and dumped the ice into that and then with remaining drink went into our cup. Missing a sandwich and it was hard.The wait for this place is really long, at least 15 minutes.

Been here an uncountable amount of times. They make me park EVERY time I go through the drive through. They park people even when there are no more customers in line. Do your job, and serve us in the order we arrived. STOP parking everyone. Have some accountability....

Ordered my food through drive thru, got home was wrong order. Called store they told me to go back to get right order. 20 minute drive back to store only to be told they can’t give me my order because the receipt i have belongs to whoever’s order I received!

Knew some people who worked here, pretty much all of the management are more than rude and disrespectful, and it shows. Takes like 20 minutes for a single burger, I feel bad for the employees, the pay is so awful and the management is so terrible they just don't even care, because they know how replaceable they are.

The morning manager is just about the rudest person I’ve met in food service. Short temper, makes her problems the customers. I would not come to this location unless you want to wait 10+ minutes for cold food and extremely rude service.
