I frequent the store regularly maybe before yesterday coffee was a dollar 75 then today I pull into the drive-thru and it's a $1.80 so you see you're in the line and now you can either pay the dollar 80 or you can walk away after waiting 5 minutes for a cup of coffee then you get up to the window and they ask you to go around the corner and wait for a cup of coffee I just have to wonder how many people you scammed out of a nickel that day and for days after you didn't advertise that you're raising the price on your coffee in fact the prices have become so ridiculous the coffee is the only reason I stopped there anymore I think it's really unfortunate and really kind of crappy that you stoop to deceptive marketing

Took 30 minutes to get my order. Was only given half. My order stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. Trying to get someone's attention and was ignored after saying excuse me at least three times. And then was met in attitude when I stated that I was mixing items for my order

food was cold. Line was long. I asked for onions and only mac sauce but received picked and ketchup and mustard i was already late for work so i had to go but when i tried to call them the phone didn’t go through. i asked the next day when i got to the store and was told their phone wasn’t working. when i asked about it if i could get it remade they said they didn’t believe me and claimed i was making something up like i would even have time to do that. I just wanted what i PAID for… smh… this management sucks the mexican lady manager was extremely rude like beyond something i’ve ever seen

Kathy was very rude. I tried to call was told their phone was broken when i came back. I had a horrible experience with the the mexican female manager she was extremely rude and unpleasant. She denied giving us a milkshake that we payed for and never received. She claimed we were lying and stereotyped us. We had to pay AGAIN for a new milkshake. I will not be coming back here and i recommend you don’t unless you want them to forget your stuff and then deny giving it to you when you come back in. Horrible management
