Last night, i came through for a big mac a mc crispy and 2 medium fries, and i was parked as usual, i waited paietnly until after 10 minutes there was still no food, i saw one boy presenting himself as lazy, just standing around while, the young lady was taking all of the orders and doing all of the work then i asked the boy for help and he ignored me and walked away, i heard one worker say his name i think its Jullian, i will be reporting him to corporate and i will be speaking briefly about this, have never seen someone so unprofessional.

Thank you for the food you gave healthcare workers during covid 19, it was greatly appreciated. I ate more McDonald's during covid, because it was one of the few places that was open. It was really good, best community restaurant around.

Giving it a 1 for its frequent almost on purpose at this point in being unable to make a Quarterpounder deluxe (former McDLT among other names but has always been under some name on the menu). Not only did I obviously order it without pickles but this sandwich is missing mustard and mayo essentially an incomplete sandwich but a regular quarter pounder they threw lettuce and tomatoes on at the last minute.I would like to say this is rare at this particular location. Unfortunately it’s not. Rarely do special orders are done correctly. Further this location isn’t particularly fast or efficient. It’s just a bad location for the chain. On the plus side the inside is nice and despite the current influx of unhoused folks in the area and their particular special needs this location does good job at making sure the place is only frequented by those who purchase something. Other than that. Hard pass.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich and a sweet tea. They were made just how they were supposed to be. The sandwiches were hot and flavorful and the tea as sweet as always. Went through the drive thru. They even remembered the napkins.Parking: Lots of parking available. Parking lot was clean.Kid-friendliness: There's no play equipment. So it's not the best place for kids but it's not the worst place either. Kids like the Happy meals.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking, and ramp. No automatic door tho. But the doors are easy to open and the people working is pretty observant and will usually open the door for wheelchairs.
