I went in and tried to use the 30% off as a rewards member. Ordered two double cheeseburgers which are also buy one get one for a dollar. They said that I can’t stack deals. How is it a deal if it is the price listed on your very own menu?

You just keep pushing more and more customers away with your BS.

You could tell that the guy working the drive threw really loved his job. Definitely not upbeat or positive. I kinda wanted to just drive off after ordering. Anyone that puts that kinda attitude out there to the public Definitely puts that kinda work into making your food.

Whoever is running the Coburg road McDonald's in Eugene Oregon is really reckless and foolish. If you're managing style is to call police on peaceful,polite unsatisfied customers who are asking to be refunded....you don't know how to do your job as a manager which is manage people and situations yourself..... you never know, the customer might remind you that they're always right.

This McDonald’s has lost the concept of “fast food”. If you are in a time crunch and expect to order, pay at first window then get your food at the second. You’re gravely mistaken. They park you no mater how small your order is for at least 10 min when it’s convenient for them to bring it out to you. And they still do not get your order right! They’re to concerned about their numbers look good for corporate. They do not consider customers what so ever.

You go to McDonald's these days and spend over $4 on a large fry and this is what you get. Horrible. Way to expensive. When asking about it to employees they say it's the 6oz and that it just all falls to the bottom and there's nothing there going to do to change it. Pretty sad

The customer service at the counter inside is non-existent. They are annoyed if you don't use the kiosk, or if they have to interact with you at all. I eat here 4 or 5 times a week, so the following treatment is standard.

Today I stood at the counter for 4 full minutes while I could see 5 people in the kitchen working away.

The main manager, tall curly haired brunette with darker skin who was clearly on the clock, walked in the front door, looked right at me, walked past me into the kitchen, and said absolutely nothing. No smile, no greeting.

I finally had to say "Hello?" And a cook just yelled "Front counter!"

I waited another full minute and a half, and a second manager finally walks up,, no smile, no greeting, and just stares in my face.

All this because they have to manually unlock the bathroom every single time someone wants to use it....why is it locked?? You're inconveniencing yourselves.

Customer service is still your damn job!

DISCLAIMER: I MUST GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR TO GIVE A REVIEW, BUT THEY DESERVE NOT EVEN THAT****
Today at 12:22 my wife put in an order for our son. the order Consisted of a 4 piece chicken nugget, a small fry and a large cone, accompanied by 2 iced Carmel, frappes. She realized the nightmare that our card was double charged, she immediately called to tell me that they had double Charged us for a total of $32.40. Each individual order was $16.20. The order number for the original order was #1608, but they brought 2 orders out, and the numbers were #1606 and #1608. Upon reviewing her Cash App Transactions which cannot be erased or tampered within any way reflected that we had in fact been double charged. So I spoke with a manager who told me we were getting our refund on the card right at that moment, because I had the card with me that was charged through the app. I did NOT receive a receipt for this reverse transaction and later notice the money did not go back on the account. After a couple hours, I called back and spoke with the same manager who "claimed" to have refunded me and she said that it could take up to 24 hours? (She never mentioned this before, and slecified my money would go on "immediately"). However it has been twelve hours And I have not been refunded or even given any indication from my bank or my email that any refund was made. Furthermore, the refund was supposed to be made on order #1606 because order #1608 is the one i accepted and brought home. I feel this should be looked into and I will be reporting it to the appropriate entities if i am not sayisfied with a resolution. I would prefer my money back SINCE U WERE KIND ENOUGH TO TAKE IT you could make another meal for my family.... just do SOMETHING to show ur apologies, But my suggestion is that you would look into the manager who Was on shift on Sunday, August 25th at 12:22 PM. I wouldn't be so upset if it was me. That was hurt, but it was my wife and My son who were taken from.

Cold incorrect food, you can’t do the most basic part of your job AND PUT THE FOOD WE PAY FOR IN THE BAG? Why do we come here? Ha! We don’t anymore. I very much dislike mcdonalds anyway, why pay for dinner then not get it for your family? We shouldn’t be eating this “food” anyway. Called store and i have to come back with the receipt for missing items? Sure after my 14 hour day ill just zip right back. Why don’t you pay for me to drive back up there, or, do your jobs? I want my refund NOT store credit. Waste of time, not fast, not cheap not food, not worth it!!

Don’t go there late at night. I went on Tuesday (6/8) and they told me they were short staffed and couldn’t take my order, when I asked if they were for real they said I was being rude and they’d call security if I didn’t leave. I guess their GM doesn’t care if they lie to people to close up early, because that’s where I was directed when I tried to smooth things over with the girl at the drive through.
