Editing this review to say that this is the absolute worst McDonald's in Eugene. They can't even get basic things correct like simple adjustments or hearing you on the headset. The big haired and bearded night associate in particular is constantly disssapointing. He will talk over you and cut you off while you're speaking. The manager is slow and seems just as confused as the associates. You'll wait five minutes for basic menu items such as a burger or chicken sandwich. Go to the Broadway McDonald's less than 5 minutes away and you will consistently get your food faster AND hotter. This place is a joke and I would give zero stars if I could.

Lauren, both Olivias, and Stephanie are awesome everytime I come thru for breakfast. They are always pleasant and amazing at their jobs. I appreciate everything they do!!!! By far the best Mcdonalds in Eugene. I wont go anywhere else.

yall did the management change? because this used to be the best mcdonalds in town no joke. The fries always tasted so good and everything was perfect. But recently I visited and the nuggets were like almost revolting 😠the fries were a bit cold too. so sad to see them fall from glory like this

Ordered my teenage daughter lunch through the app, so she could pick it up on her lunch break from school. Management team would not allow her to pick it up, even after me calling them to explain the situation. Will never order from this location again. Worthless.

Food and the service are almost okay. But this is one of the only McDonald's that is still doing self-serve drinks and free refills. I actually avoid the ones with no free refills at this point so this one gets a thumbs up

Today I spent my only cash on 2 meals and got home to give daughter her quarter pounder meal. She took a bite n the paper from the patty was still on it, disgusting food service. They were short w me too.

Quarter pounders aren't cooked all the way almost everytime I order them and if you order curbside you wait to get cold food!
I went in and tried to use the 30% off as a rewards member. Ordered two double cheeseburgers which are also buy one get one for a dollar. They said that I can’t stack deals. How is it a deal if it is the price listed on your very own menu?
You just keep pushing more and more customers away with your BS.

You could tell that the guy working the drive threw really loved his job. Definitely not upbeat or positive. I kinda wanted to just drive off after ordering. Anyone that puts that kinda attitude out there to the public Definitely puts that kinda work into making your food.
