In all McDonald's, whenever I ask for extra salsa or ranch, they always give it away, and now that I have to come to this one, here you have to pay 25 cents for whatever salsa or ranch you want. Wow, it seems the one who serves the customers isn't in a good mood today and is making rude gestures.

This place is dirty. They didn't listen to me on what I ordered. Said they didn't have it. Then I heard them say something about making the same thing I just asked for and they're really bad at making mcflurries. Giving them a three is being generous in my opinion

Ordered two # 7 breakfast oj & milk. Got one meal & no milk but charged for two meals! People at window no personality & clueless. We won’t be back! Used to be best McDonald’s but sure went to hell!

I wanted to make a point to leave feedback about Chris. I think people forget sometimes to leave reviews that are positive And only leave reviews when they’re upset. Chris is such a great employee and really always goes above and beyond for the customers and I really appreciate him.

Showed up at 12:44 am. They are supposed to be open until 1 am. The lady on the speaker box said that there was only one person there at the moment so they were not taking any orders. The managers and owner should have been there to help her. She sounded very defeated.

I only go there for the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel. I'm addicted to it
This place is just horrible. You walk in and most of the time there’s a homeless dude doing god knows what in on of the booths. Nobody says hi how are you. You are forced to use kiosks. So today I go in just for a shake. Fully knowing the lack of service I’m going to receive but hey. I want that nostalgic strawberry shake. So I order that and added a large fry because they had a deal any size fry for 1.49. So I sit for 20 minutes. 2 people ahead of me get their food. FINALLY I get brought just the fries and get told that they are cleaning the shake machine. So I asked for a full refund and the manager rolls her eyes and snatches the fries out of my hands as if I was going to walk away with them after asking for a full refund. I wouldn’t be making this post even but this is one of several terrible experiences at this place. I went down the street and got a shake and a whopper in 4 minutes and it was delicious.

Absolutely hate the new “subway chic” look of the interior design. If you were going for the “please don’t tag my store again” aesthetic with the “artwork”, you hit a home run. The design was dark and dreary despite the large windows and sunny day. It truly reminded me of a bus or train terminal.
