My sister and I went through the drive thru we ordered a Big Mac meal and quarter pounder meal. After paying and getting our drinks I was asked to pull up to the number one parking spotâŚno big dealâŚ.they parked another car in two and another in 3 and we were a little irritated when they got their food before us especially since we were parked firstâŚthis happened a couple more times while we waitedâŚ.a manager finally game out with food again for cars parked in 2 and 3âŚthinking one of the bags was for us she asked what we were waiting on and we let her know. Mind you weâve been waiting 25-30 minutes at this point. The manager went inside and came back out to let us know that our food should be out in 4-5 minutes it definitely wasâŚwe got fresh fries but unfortunately the drinks we were handed before being parked were now flat. This for us was a bad experienceâŚno one should have to wait 30 minutes for âfast foodâ I truly hope no one else goes through the same experience we did.

They can make this place as cool looking as they want but the employees and managers are rude and not worth your time or money. I watched my food sit on a counter for 10 minutes because they couldn't make a milkshake.... I asked for new fries and said I would just take a refund. The manager scoffed, rolled his eyes and said he was trying to get my shake... he brought me new fries and set them on the counter and went back to trying to make a milkshake after 10 more minutes he finally refunded me for the shake.... I was left with a $4 refund and $25 worth of cold food.... I worked for this mcdonalds under the previous owner she would have never accepted this.

Absolutely the worst McDonaldâs experience Iâve ever had. The drive through lady didnât give me any sauce with my Oregon Duck cheeseburger pack. I drove back through & asked for some sauce & she said âoh itâs at the bottomâ. I felt all around the bottom, no sauce. I told her âno itâs not, May I please have some sauceâ she gave me one sauce for 20 chicken nuggets then rolled her eyes when I asked for 2 additional sauces. Absolutely the worst staff Iâve ever seen at a McDonaldâs.

Went through the drive through for lunch. Staff gave my order to the person in front of me because they were vaguely similar and then charged me for his order. The idiots that work here spent 15 mins in the middle of lunch rush trying to figure out how to get my order fixed so it looked right in the computer when they should have just handed me what I was missing and sent me on my way. No one here, including management, seems to know how to work the POS system. Ended up being charged a number that seems to have zero relationship to the price of the food I was actually given. Would not recommend unless you want to blow an entire lunch hour to get a mystery bag that may or may not have any food you want to eat in it.

I waited for a whole 15 minutes in the curbside pick up after the drive-through and then they sent somebody out to ask me what my order was after waiting for 15 minutes then I had to wait for another five minutes to get my actual order.
