What the heck. Drive thru was a disaster. Had each car park and wait 7+ minutes, 5 cars at least. Food was delivered and fries were cold, food was not to quality standard. Not sure what’s happening at this location.

We sat for quite a few minutes with nobody in the drive-through, inside, or curbside pick up line waiting. No big deal but then our drinks were forgotten, and when my husband went inside to ask about that, everybody was standing in the back talking and my husband was ignored until a manager acknowledged him. When we got home, we realized that our fries were also missing.

Terrible experience from both people in the drive through. All I asked for was a large water and Dr Pepper, both without ice. They managed to get this wrong with both. Girl at the first window was clearly new and needed to step away to get help. Then the guy at the second window hands me both drinks with ice in them. He's the one I talked to in the drive through so he should've known this was wrong. Absolutely pathetic, plus long wait times in general.

Idk what it is, but everytime I come to this McDonald’s yall can’t get the order right ever !!! My boyfriend and I sat in line for 10 mins for 2 mcchickens 2 medium fries and a 4 count nugget… but I look in the bag… where is the 4 count nugget? Yall make ppl wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time yet can’t get the orders right !!! Something needs to change because stuff like this happens every. single. time. we. go.
