Ordered through the app for pick up. Went to pick up order with code and they stated our food had not been paid for. But the transaction had went through my banking app and I had a code to pick up the food. They stated the only way for us to get our food would be for us to pay again. No way to have it refunded through the app and we did not get our food 🥲

The young female operating the drive thru line around 2200 hrs on 11/14 needs to understand the concept of a 2 lane drive through. After 5 orders taken in lane 1 and after I called the store, my order from lane 2 was finally taken. This isn’t the only time this has happened. The food is 4 stars but the horrible service discounts the food

Rude staff, will consistently get orders of one singular item wrong, they'll park you constantly to maintain their drivethru times and then forget about you, and to top it all off, they're not even actually open 24 hours and will randomly decide to close for extended intervals. Absolutely one of the worst places you could choose to eat especially given the area

And through drive through around 8:30 tonight (10/13) and whatever crew you had working should be your main crew and get raises.
Absolutely on point. Was slammed with Lowell school kids filling the lobby and bus in parking lot and yet had the best service experience we have ever had at this location, and for once nothing was missed.

I usually don't eat at McDonalds due to many bad experiences as they have cut costs and quality. This is my first attempt at a Oregon McD's... and it was better than the McD's in Florida by far.
The young lady at the counter was friendly, and helpful. All of the staff seemed on point, and helping each other out too!
I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with fries and a drink.
Burger was ok... not what I remember it being from the 90's when I ate them more often. Little bit dry... one patty was well done, one patty was like medium rare.
Fries were good... although I do miss the fries that were available in the 60's and 70's! (yep.. I am old).. same for the apple pies, baked now... not fried. Fried were so good...
I would eat here again, if I was in the mood.

Have gone here for quite a few years, but no more. Very weak customer service, employees seemed to be not schooled in how to deal with the many screwups that happen on a regular basis. 🙄 oh well they lost a 30 yr customer.

I get that it’s fast food and the bar is already low but cmon every single thing about this place went wrong: undercooked food, missing ingredients, apathetic staff (who look and act annoyed they have to do a job they’re being paid for), waiting over 15min for a small order… Terrible.
