The prices for their food has skyrocketed and the quality has gone down considerably. McDonald's was always a quick, less expensive, and pretty darn good food. Not anymore!

Terrible. I waited an hour for my food. When I ordered 20 minutes prior to my arrival. If I wanted to sit down and wait I would have went to a restaurant not ordered fast food

This morning at 6:20 Am. I stopped to get a BIG BREAKFAST WITH PANCAKES, I was in my home ready to take my breakfast, but , scrambled eggs, wasn't there 😕 😢 .. this happens 3 times, and again, like 1 month ago, I asked for the same BIG BREAKFAST WITH PANCAKES , I love the Mcdonald's pancakes 🥞, .. but, I was in pijamas, ready for my breakfast, BUT, NO PANCAKES THERE, I took it , I went back to Macdonald asking for my money back, and here is your breakfast .. that's it ..! So. Please, put more attention to the customer orders and service,and also often the coffee is cold ..Yes. they are friendly, but. Not good service ..

Waited 20 minutes for cofee and cookie. Machine said take number and thank you and then I was ignored. Spoke to 4 different employees who said It wasent paid for and walked away. Did someone try to help me pay for this? Then no americano so was give the other type. We lost personal assistance, ablity to express no coffee available, and invisable exsistance without a car.

Due to timing amd location this is one of the only food options on weekend mornings, so I have to suffer through the stupidity of the crew here. Don't expect them to ring you up correctly, make your food correctly, or serve you the correct beverage. Best to check your receipt and bag of food before even pulling away from the window.

I DO NOT EAT FAST FOOD. But service here is great. You can order through the kiosk or from the front counter. Staff here are always on point.Which makes this one of the best McDonald's when it comes to service. Cleanliness here at this location is amazing.

1/13/2025 I tried telling the overnight worker to ring me up for just a McChicken patty, I used to work here, as I told her to a-La-cart, the McChicken patty, I still got wrung up for a plain McChicken. Paid an extra $2 for my order and I feel ripped off because someone didn’t understand how the system works

Waited over 30 minutes for a meal that was ordered ahead of time on the mobile ap. Staff were disrespectful and rude. Made sure to call corporate and leave a complaint. Do not choose this mcdonalds.

Always have an Issue at this location. Made me sit there for 5 minutes waiting for a single 4 piece nugget that was old and stale. Forgot my ranch in the first bag. Tried to tell me multiple times I didn’t pay for the 4 piece, I know for a fact I did. Made me pay for another large fry at the window that THEY forgot to ring up when I ordered. Seemingly always have issues at this one. I work at a McDonalds so I understand it can be hard but that was ridiculous. Poor management and even worse customer service. Also ordered cook to order fries and they were, in fact, not cook to order.
