Staff is rude consistently. If you go inside, you will be ignored. It's McDonald's, a major corporate chain, yet would you believe i was told by staff they have no chain of command???

Had probs downloading the app on two phones, so was unable to use it to order or get deals. After attempting that for about 20 min in their parking lot, gave up and went thru the drive thru. We had to pull to the side to wait for our food. We were brought a Big Mac missing one layer! They weren't even busy.

We all know the menu at McDonald's.....gross, but you just gotta have it! This McDonald drive-thru is the absolute worst! 8 out of 10 times, (calculated by actual visits) you will have to wait in a waiting spot for your food. At least 5 to 15 minutes. I thought fast food was supposed to be fast?! I was told it messes up their sales per minute if you wait at the window.Kid-friendliness: Nice playground

I am not speaking about McDonald's the corporation but rather the specific store in Junction City, Oregon. The last time I was there was many months ago (I don't plan on returning). After many trips with many mistakes, some epic, the finally straw was a chicken sandwich with bugs! When I opened the wrapper a small, winged insect flew out and another one was dead in the mayo. Mistakes I can usually get past but I cannot get past that under any circumstances. Too disgusting for words!! I took someone else there is the only reason this review came up for me. Do with the info what you will.

Well I had a lapse of judgment and went to the McDonald’s on river road again. And again they got my order wrong. After collecting the order, I waited in a parking space for them to bring me my food for over 10 minutes. When I finally got my food I was shorted An item. It was just a plain hamburger patty that I had ordered for My puppy dog. The girl who brought me my food said she’d be right back, but I waited another 10 minutes and never got my item. My food was cold. My french fries were not cook the order as I asked it was just another horrifying experience that this McDonald’s when you contact the manager, they don’t care. Sorry, try better next time. What a waste of money and time. I really recommend that people stay away from this McDonald’s.

I hope you get more staff. I like the drive-up but you don;t want to go inside the restaurant. It is clean and all, but unless there is more staff. Well, the front desk is just ok. No apology for the wait. Should've been something said.
