Kinda disappointed, fries were fresh but not salted enough, and drinks were overly iced and they didn’t offer refills, but every other location does. For the price you pay for a drink they should give you a refill, it costs them nothing and it sounded like they just were lazy workers.

I ordered my food through the app, drove 10 minutes and pulled into the parking spot and continued to sit for another 10 minutes while I watch about 15 cars (who drove in after me) go through the drive through and left before me, why does that many people in the drive through take priority over my order? I didn't order 10 burgers! This has happened before and getting sick of this mcdonalds altogether. I swear these fast food joints go in phases where they're decent then out of nowhere they suck all of a sudden. Oh yea and the hard, dried out burger buns were the cherry on top too.

Usually this McDonald's is one of my favorite,I've gone through the drive thru on several occasions to get my food on my bike with no issues and the manager working this morning is saying she can't give it to me and despite their sign on the door that says they open at 5 apparently they can't open their lobby until 536 which is the most fabricated bullshit I've heard.

First the person taking the payment out cash on accident so it took longer at the window because he had to go get somebody else to fix it, which is understandable, at the second window I was handed my tea told the pull up the next window, where they eventually brought my food, the lady handed the food to me and walked off real quick before the window closed. I said I need a straw., she kept walking, so I tapped on the glass, she came back and told me to knock on the glass and she didn’t know I didn’t have a straw, when I got home, I discovered that I’m missing the bacon that I paid for, so I called and the person that answered the phone said they were the manager and they were the one that gave me the food and she said well I didn’t make your food, I thought a was supposed to be accountable for their employees and instead of apologizing, she copped out and said I didn’t make your food, I will not be back

The employees working the drive thru was so rude. First, she had nails that were longer than any I have ever seen allowed in a fast food restraunt. They made doing her job difficult. Second, I asked if I had gotten the extra hashbrowns. She responded by grabbing the bag out of my hands and proceeding to dig thru the bag to grab the hashbrowns and show me they were there. I was in absolute shock.
