On Nov 21, 2025, i sent my son there for breakfast. When he got back home, one of the sandwiches for breakfast was wrong. I sent him right back to have them fix it. They refused to do so. I called them, asked for the manager, she gave me attitude. While on the phone with her my mother in law bit into her breakfast sandwich and bit down onto a rock. I immediately told the manager while I was on the phone with her. She didn't believe me. This day was such a stressful time, my grandmother in law had just been put on hospice, this is the day she passed away at home with us. The manager had no empathy, she didn't seem to give one damn about what we were going through. The wrong order and the rock in one sandwich just added stress onto an already bad situation. Janet, my grandmother in law died at 2:06pm that afternoon. I was forced to leave her bedside, while she was dying, because a manager refused to remake one breakfast sandwich they had made incorrectly and one sandwich that had a foreign item in it, I had to fight to get a refund on. I will never ever return to that McDonald's. No human empathy whatsoever.
We went through the drive through, they didn’t specify which window to pay at. So we pull up the the first window and wait a minute. It has black out tint on it. The tint is poorly applied and looks like a non professional applied it. It makes that window look like it’s not being used. The car at the second window left. So we pull up. The manager( in plain clothes proceeds to lecture my wife about patience and how she needs to wait at the first window. She then forgets our drink and the mcshaker bags for our pickle fries. When I went in to ask for our drink, she was on her cell phone having what seemed like a great phone call until she saw me standing there. She became noticeably annoyed and retrieved my drink. No apologies, no customer service. She’s rude and should not be in that position if she can’t conduct herself with dignity and respect.

Every time I eat here the food gets worse. This time it was the almost nothing egg. Last time the egg was so old it was crispy! When you go to drive thru there is a mountain of garbage stacked at the back door which I'm assuming is something very wrong with the trash system (yes it's that bad) or massive someone lost the key to the dumpster area?

The owner should be ashamed of how bad this location has gotten. It used to be better.
Stop hiring mid workers. Or train your staff better.

I go to this McDonald's every day. I spend probably 30 to 40 dollars every other day to every day at this McDonald's. They're always so rude to us. They will not assist me. They make me go to the kiosk. It's the manager who wears plain clothes. She's blonde. They have overcharged me. And then when I've went to talk to them about it, they walk away from me, they forget stuff. And then they get mad at me when I come back. But they are very rude, very they kicked me out of going there because I didn't want to pay through the kiosk, because the kiosk kept messing up. I was told me or my family could no longer go there. I didn't yell at him. I wasn't rude to them. There's been times I have paid. And by the time I get up to the other window, they're saying I didn't or because I didn't grab my receipt even though they just got money from me, they make me pay again. But again blonde hair, she wears plain clothes, which is kind of rude.
She is very mean to elderly and special needs

Messed up our order so many times I thought they were playing a joke. One of the burgers was the exact opposite of what we ordered and didn’t even have buns. I eventually got upset and ended up tossing the food away because I don’t trust them handling my food at that point. Absolutely pathetic location.

The changed the menu #7 is now #9.
Made me back up to the other window lol no one was behind me good thing! Another car that was in front must have driven past the first window as well since no one was there and they recklessly just took off out of the line! Thinking there was someone being trained. I got my addiction - fruit smoothie and was happy and amused!
Everyone was doing their best and couldn't tell if any one was stressed.

I was refused a drink refill. If you want a refill, please don’t come here.
I ordered 4 items and a lemonade and it took 20 min for me to get my food. Sat in the drive thru reserve while people kept coming and going and nothing till I called on my phone and all they said was they are sorry, they understand and they will throw in a couple of pies. That is so not the point nor what needed to be done. Fast food means fast. Not 20 min and oops maybe forgot. People ordering after me still got their orders. Bunch of BS.
