I went to a different Mcdonalds location in another town and the food I received was so bad I couldn't eat it. I came here and told them about it and showed them the food and the receipt and they replaced the food no questions asked.

They mark orders as “being served” when they haven’t even been made yet. One can only assume this is to inaccurately skew their stats internally to show they are serving FAR faster. I waited over 5 minutes for my “now serving” order to actually be served.

I eat fast food when I need comfort food. McDonald's is my go-to for that need. I had the Sausage McMuffin with Egg, a Hashbrown & a large decaf coffee with cream & sugar. The decaf here is the best value for taste & price & I come here often just for the decaf. My McMuffin was hot & super delicious & my Hashbrowns were fresh out of the fryer. The lady who helped me was very welcoming & helpful. The place was spotless & the wait for my food was short.

This place is a joke. They shouldn't be open 24 hours if they can't serve the customers. This is the 2nd time I've been to this one only to be ignored by the staff in drive thru. Both times there were no cars. NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME but I'm sitting there waiting over 5 minutes to get my order taken....? Have to go to 76 instead for a coffee because this mcdonalds they can't seem to get it together at 530am. I will never spend any more of my money at ANY mcdonalds, service sucks, the workers are lazy. Change it from fast food to the slowest food possible. What a joke

Prices have double in a short time and the food is the same when it was half the price. I must remind myself that I can go to Denny's and get a better meal for a lower price. I hate the fact they always ask me to drive and wait when I order quarter pounders and I am never asked if I want ketch up.

Order extra fry instead of apples and pay a little on app but receive apples anyways. This option is no longer available as told by manager. Not first time advertising on app and you receive something else. All Done with gone here. Tired of edaquate food for the price. To many choices.
