Moved to Eugene last year and this has been my favorite coffee shop in town. Drinks are always consistent (pretty strong coffee which I love!!) , and friendly staff! When the time comes to move after college, I will definitely miss this place lol

My husband introduced Metro Bru to me even before I moved here. Best coffee ever! You can really taste the coffee in every drink, it’s just not milk, flavored and sweetness. What I just don’t like is how they tear the wrapper of the straw, hold the tip of it and put it in your drink. I would prefer if they just give the straw to me.
They make good coffee but the service is ridiculously slow! It take’s forever for them to make your coffee and depending on who is working sometimes it takes almost 10 mins to get one coffee! One girl would rather talk than make my coffee. I’m going through the drive thru for fast coffee and I’ve left the line many times because it takes way too long! Again good coffee but the wait time isn’t worth it!

Favorite local coffee stand. There's no particular wow factor, it's just good taste, relative prices (why is sugar coffee expensive everywhere??), friendly folks, and some good selection of pastries. They don't make the pastries but hey they picked some good providers.

Wife discovered a large part of a plastic bag in the bottom of her drink.Edit - response to owner: Wife had said it was blonde girl with black rimmed glasses and tattoos if that helps. We were frequent customers but I'm not sure we will be returning. As you said, I can not think of how it could have gotten there, and just makes me gag thinking about it.
