Fix the management and stop treating your employees like work horses- the pizza is mid

Gave this a go since it isn't a far distance from us. There were multiple issues. The first is that when going in to receive our pizza during the window the online order told us, the pizza had not even been started until we arrived as they did not read the online orders.When returning we realized that our vegan pizza did not include ingredients that were listed on the web page. When I called and mentioned there was no marinated tempeh on our pizza, the worker said they don't have any tempeh.We paid full price for a pizza that was late and missing ingredients that were listed as included on the website. And as we had been there in person, there was time for the worker to tell us that they were missing ingredients.We ate the pizza, it was okay, could've been better. The crust was the best part, as the veggies were not cooked very well into the pizza. We also heated up other food because it was entirely missing a protein option. We will not be returning, and would gladly drive further to get pizza elsewhere that offers consistent, quality products and service.

If they fix the management here this place would be incredible. I have never once had something missing or something wrong with my order. Literally every time I have ordered from here I am missing either a cookie, ranch that I paid for, breadsticks, etc. they also sent me a $35 salad not the pizza i ordered. I had to talk to DoorDash to get a refund for this. The upside is that the food is really good and consistently fresh.

Took this pie to my daughter’s middle school for lunch so she could share with her friends at their table…she was ecstatic and how good it was!! Now I’m craving some while writing this review! ……I’m getting in the whip, need me a piece!!

pizza like Costco, which is fine, but ill just go to costco from now on. they are hardly ever open, hardly any seats inside and the service is just eh, if that.

Okay, Sicilian girl here, who takes Italian food, pizza, calzones, garlic knots: SERIOUSLY!! I ordered a roasted garlic, sundried tomato and Italian sausage calzone; garlic knots with extra EVO, garlic and cheese well because that's what my nana always did. I've not had a calzone this AMAZING in years. Garlic knots also stellar, sooooo yummy . Thanks Mezza Luna

The food was alright, but the service was off putting. Almost like talking to a brick wall. Plus we overheard them being rude to other customers. The pizza looked similar to Costco, next time we will skip this place and go to Costco, and I'll pick up vegan food at Pho The Good Times.
Today is 10/9/21 !! I just wasted $8 at Mezza Luna Pizzaria. After I ordered my food, I sat down and saw the employees not using gloves to make my salad. Or anything. The other girl was pulling up her pants then touching pizza slices?? Not only is that disgusting, it’s a pandemic. Disgusting working conditions.
