Amazing pastor tacos I devoured three in 5 minutes. Will definitely be back for more :)

Got a burrito here. It was small, mostly beans and rice (not advertised on description) and the pastor was rock hard. I don't know what they did to that pig, but it was not justice. The flavor composition of the salsas were good.

I went here for breakfast with my family and the food was amazing!! I got the vegetarian enchiladas and it had really good flavor and the portions were big. The owner is really sweet too and I will definitely go back

Love this mom and pop spot!

Decent tacos, though 2.5$ seems a little pricey for food truck tacos. Still, the pork pastor taco was quite good.

We had a family gathering here, and we had no trouble getting service, or high quality food. There was only one server while we were here, but there was no problem getting our food! The ingredients were fresh, the atmosphere was calm, and the cost was reasonable!

Pretty good! It's a little worrying to visit a food truck parked in an auto parts lot in Glenwood, but there again, if a food truck has SURVIVED being parked in an auto parts lot in Glenwood, there must be something to it, right? Visited on one of my free days when I was alone and looking to try something new, since my family is allergic to "new" and my friends just aren't the "let's do lunch someplace potentially questionable" kind of people. (Seriously, if you need a friend to go be adventurous for lunch with...) Parking was easy enough, the lot was pretty clear. There were other cars parked, people enjoying their lunches in the freezing downpour that is quintessentially Oregon. The menu board was handwritten, but well organized and easy to decipher. Nothing too weird or out of the ordinary, if you've been to any Mexican food restaurant in your life ever. They have everything from tacos to enchiladas, burritos, sopas, nachos. Beverages are bottled sodas. The man manning the cart today was friendly, patient and helpful. I noticed they are a "cash only" establishment, which is good to know- I usually don't carry cash but happened to have enough on me for burrito and a tip. Burritos come with meat, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, rice, and onion. Nothing too far from the norm. No cheese, though, which I understand is more of an American addition. I got a chicken burrito, no cilantro or onion. Chicken was lovely, tender and shredded. Rice was cooked perfectly- not mashy but not crunchy. Lettuce and tomato were sparse but tasted crisp and fresh. Beans were plentiful. It needed a kick of flavor, and so I had a side of green sauce in my bag. All and all pretty good!

Great little food cart; very friendly owner. Had the sopes with carnitas per her recommendation - was excellent. Very fresh, with lots of flavor. Will definitely be back!

Love this taco place! Home made tortillas! Excellent service. Best taco I have had so far in Eugene and Springfield area. I highly recommend this place for an awesome Taco!

This is a restaurant on wheels in the parking lot of Baxter Auto Parts in Glenwood. As I was driving through Glenwood today I saw a sign that said "fresh tortillas." I then noticed the restaurant on wheels (as the owner likes to call it). I took a look at the menu and it looked like pretty typical Mexican fare. There were tacos and burritos and the usual stuff, and then I noticed sopitos. I asked about them, and he said they were freshly made, which meant 2 thick, fresh corn tortillas piled with ingredients. I got the chicken and they were $7.50 which seemed a little high for a mobile restaurant, but I liked the idea of hand made tortillas, so I went for it. The sopitos were not available al la carte, so I had to get the customary Mexican rice and beans with it. The sopitos were great!: better than other Mexican food I have had in town. The chicken was pure white meat and he explained that it was organic and that he purchased it at Market of Choice. He didn't even advertise the fact, but I could taste the freshness. The sopitos also had fresh avocado, lettuce and tomatoes on them. Once I saw how quality the ingredients were, the prices seemed like a bargain. Two nicely dressed guys came by asking about dollar tacos, and when they found out the tacos were $2 they promptly left. We got a laugh out of that. They owner is making great fresh food for a reasonable price and they would have rather had some grisly mystery meat in a little factory-made tortilla for $1. So, when driving to Springfield don't pass up the chance to try this great little taqueria on wheels (it's actually a pretty big motor home). One recommendation: have the all the menu items available al la carte, and have a hotter hot sauce available. The hot sauce I had with my sopitos tasted great, but I like some kick in it, and this hot sauce was pretty mild. I look forward to going back soon to try different menu items. I know the ingredients are quality and fresh, so I am betting the rest of the menu items are as good as the sopitos I had.
