I tried to go out my comfort zone and try this place and I regret every bit of it. The staff was super cute and nice but the drinks just were not it ....I'm sorry. I got a ice Carmel latte with almond milk and it just tasted completely off like it wasn't good at all or enjoyable. So I took it back and was like yea I'm sorry this doesn't taste right, can I just get a chai tea? And they did no charge but the tea literally wasn't good either it was a little better but not by much at all. I ended up throwing it away /: Rip

If you love being treated rudely and wait 26 minutes for one drink, I recommend you waste your money here. The girl with the black hair who was working Friday morning was extremely rude and took way too long to make one drink when there were no other costumers. I use to like going here but there are new Boba places opening up... clearly need to try a new one.

Super slow service. I ordered a vanilla latte and a strawberry smoothie and I got them when I was done eating because it took that long to make. There were only two girls up front. They need more employees especially on a big weekend. Also I picked up my coffee and they said it was a plain latte even though I told the girl twice I wanted vanilla. I said well it’s supposed to be vanilla and she said well I never heard you say that. Customer service class may be in order.

The food and service here is phenomenal. We got our food very quickly and the quality was superb. The bagels tasted very fresh, probably were baked locally, and their bubble tea came in a lot of unique flavors that I haven't personally seen anywhere else, but tasted amazing nonetheless. The manager working there was very friendly and enthusiastic, seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. He remembered us when we came back a few days after our first visit and thanked us for coming back. The place is relatively small, but it does not seem to get too busy, usually you will have it almost to yourself. This is an amazing restaurant, and definitely worth a visit if you are near the UofO campus!

I have had good past experiences with this place but after today I will not be going back, the girl at the counter spent 10 minutes talking to her boyfriend before even taking my order. Finally when she took my order she was pretty rude about it and then made my bagel with the wrong kind of cream cheese after informing her she tried to scrape off the salmon cream cheese instead of retoasting a new bagel. Pretty disappointed in the whole experience especially because this new employee was beyond rude.

Came here for lunch on a Thursday.. customer service was great..but have been waiting 45 min for a bagel. In the future please don't leave one girl to take care of lunch rush..it's just mean.

Milky Way is a really cute coffee and bubble tea place. It's fairly inexpensive for what you're getting. To top it all off, the staff are some of the nicest people I've met in the service industry. I'd highly recommend this place especially if you're near the University of Oregon campus.

Milky Way Tea House is a great way to spend your afternoon having simple snacks or tea. Their service is fine and the quality of their items are very well put together. You can see the workers make everything from scratch and their selection is quite detailed. I would definetly go back to Milky Way Tea House!
