The staff were short staffed due to “? Call ins”. So had to take our time & that was a good thing as the time wore on. Our waitress did good at keeping the place going. The food & drinks are always excellent here.

We celebrated Christmas Eve with dinner at Blue Midst. The restaurant was very busy but our servicer was very efficient and friendly. We both ordered smoked pork chops and they were delicious as were the lemon drop cocktails. We highly recommend Blue Mist for a fine dining experience.

My food was not hot, and the flavor was lacking. The decor was fine, but they have a bare concrete floor. That makes the noise level high, and the barriers between booths is inadequate.

The food at Blu Mist is always good and this time was no different. All three of us loved our dinners. Our server was great 99% of the time...he checked in frequently but also gave us room as he realized we were "catching up" with each other. The only issue we had was the proximity of our table to the front door on a cold night and the fact that we were served a hot beverage (tea) without any sugar or silverware. A minor oversight on a busy night.
It is a superb fusion restaurant that serves interesting dishes in a great atmosphere. We had reservations but were offered a seat in the Airstream (which is inside their space) and how cool is that! Very intimate space but I didn't feel claustrophobic. The food was on point, the service exceptional, and will definitely be a return visit from us. Prices are a bit on the "you're probably a rich parent visiting your college kid" end of pricey, but in the end, the experience is worth it.

We had a group of 11 for dinner and everyone enjoyed all of the dishes that were ordered. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the main dishes were delicious. We plan on going back for many of the same choices as well as to try more dishes. We also appreciated our very friendly and helpful server.

My guest ordered the beef tenderloin medium rare. It came well done and dry. They sent it back. The replacement was excellent. My Crying Tiger Salad was very good. Noise level was way too loud. I'll come back but never on a night when it is crowded. So loud you couldn't hear the guest at your own table.

Been wanting to go back since several years ago. We don't dine out that often. We we went for dinner this time. It was delicious and we will be returning. The prices were very good and the service was great. The flavors were exceptional. Thank you

Overall, we all (10 of us) really enjoyed Blu Mist. The only part of the meal that was lacking was a salad that was ordered as a main. It came out much later than the other meals & the changes to the salad were not done. Once this was resolved, the salad was ok.

This was my third visit to Blu Mist. The food was outstanding as always. Unfortunately, a couple of employees called in sick but the young lady who was our EVERYTHING bartender, waitress, etc was very personable. Will definitely be back.
The sandwich and chowder were very good, but the phad Thai tasted like and looked like someone had poured a bottle of ketchup on it. It was too wet and missing vegetables. It wasn't very spicy either. The server was offended when we changed our mind and contemplated dessert. Obviously she hasn't worked there very long because she had tons of attitude!

Blu Mist is simply outstanding, and a must-try experience for anyone who enjoys Thai-style fine dining. My wife and I have gone there numerous times, and every time we enjoy ourselves immensely. The cuisine is truly an art, and every dish is a delight. I particularly recommend the duck, and the salmon tacos. The mixed drinks are wonderful. Try the Espresso Martini, the Exotic Mai Tai, the Blueberry Mojito, and the Blu Mist signature cocktail. The service is completely professional, and the atmosphere and ambiance are perfect. Do yourself a favor and give Blu Mist a try if you enjoy amazing food and drinks!

Enjoyable meal with friends. Loved the filet mignon small bite appetizer with a small dab of squash accompanying it. Delish! I loved all the veggies in the red curry. Really tasty sauce. My husband enjoyed the cashew chicken the second time he tried it as much as the first. Our friend tried the chicken satay sandwich. He said it was messy, but tasted terrific. Only complaint was it got very noisy as the restaurant filled up. Even so, it was a great place to go

Some of the stuff was good, but the pork chop came with 2 chopped up onions (not on the menu) that were undercooked and 4 tiny pieces of potato on top... oh yeah and the pork was bloody raw. Super loud. Drinks were poorly mixed. Send a lot back this visit, usually they are pretty solid bad night I guess? Still gotta... go back for the tom yum fries.

The front reception is a bit awkward since it's at the door so it gets a tad crowded in front. A nice place for a date or a last minute drop in.
