My wife brought me a Snickerdoodle cookie as a treat here in Arizona. The cookie was great quality. The ingredients were delightful. The cookie was sweet and not overly done. There was a nice firm outside and a soft middle but not doughy. If I ever make it to Eugene, this will be a must stop shop for a sweet treat.
