I’ll start by saying if I had looked at the menu before coming I might have said no thank you. I’m a sausage and bacon kind of guy and it was breakfast time. I’m very happy to say I’m glad I didn’t poohpooh this place! It was summer and it was busy. They have a lot of servers, so you are never without coffee and water refills. The menu? They are vegetarian or vegan. Everything. But I had an omelette with “soysauge” and it was absolutely delicious! Came with roasted...
Super affordable which automatically gives Morning Glory a good start. The “shredded potato shell” is hash browns with extra steps. They didn’t elevate the dish and made it a bit harder to find/create good bites. Over rated. Overall, tasty and filling for the price point. During a busy brunch rush, I noticed many tables sat open for long stretches as we were waiting to be seated, so the wait was certainly longer than it needed to be.
One of my favorite spots in Eugene. I ate eat here with my family every time they come to town. Wonderful vegan and gluten free options. Wait times can be long so I usually get here before 9am and it’s not too bad.
