This food truck has the best Fried chicken sandwiches in town! The chicken was so juicy and crispy and the homemade bun was wonderful!
The crispy fries are perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be coming back for another sandwich. Thank you Chris, for the wonderful service.
Hidden away but such a gem. Being from TX… I approve. I got the migas and there was so much flavor. The salsa was worth it.
Best of Eugene. These guys are the real deal.
Bringing San Antonio and Austin back to lil ol Tracktown and thank God for that.
Fried chicken is actually phenomenal. Staff are so kind and fun. Locally sourced products.
Have you ever woken up and said today I’ll Google search Migas Tacos? Neither have I until today.
I live in Texas, work in Springfield and was missing a quintessential Tex-Mex breakfast staple, Migas!! I love Eugene/Springfield but Oh how I have missed Tex-Mex and Texas BBQ. Well, Mother’s House has supplied me the first part.
The Migas tacos were fantastic! The eggs were delicious, the pico was spicy, the fried corn tortilla pieces were crisp and holy moly the salsa verde instantly transported me back to Texas with that signature heat and flavor.
After speaking to the owners who run the stand, I now know why the flavors were on point. They are from San Antonio and Austin.
Run, do not walk to Mother’s House and try their Migas tacos. They are worthy of a James Beard or a Michelin star nod. Cheers!!
Classic, deliciously prepared food. A breakfast sandwich at Mother's House and a coffee at Wandering Goat is my new favorite breakfast outing in Eugene.
The BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH in town!!
It’s unlike any other I’ve ever had. I am always excited to return here time after time. The spice (who woulda thought???) with the pickled onions and the always cooked to perfection over-easy egg!!!! My mouth waters every time I’m driving there.
Such nice people also. Always enjoy chatting with them. And it’s in the parking lot of my favorite coffee spot! So it makes for the perfect start to a day.
The chicken sandwich with potatoes is amazing! It's my favorite chicken sandwich in Eugene. The potatoes are crispy and perfect!
The folks who run this cart are so friendly and lovely! And I feel like this is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Already planning my next trip back.

This is one of the best breakfast sandwiches. The roll tastes like grandma made it, the eggs are clearly farm fresh and the delicate balance of pickled onion and green sauce finish this finely crafted sandwich. This is where you go for breakfast if you wanna feel good for the rest of the day.

FANTASTIC!!! SOOO IMPRESSED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The flavors are incredible! The breakfast sandwich had all the right flavors and textures: The farm fresh eggs, the bacon, the garlic mayo, pickled onions, the made-from-scratch rolls hit the spot!! Then we had the Migas tacos!!! Oh man…the eggs were just right, the home-made pico de gallo and home-made green salsa were really flavorful and well balanced. So good I licked the wrapper clean. And then let’s talk about their fried potatoes! They were perfect with a crispy exterior and seasoned just right! I’m coming back tomorrow for the chicken sandwich…I’ll post an update! Can’t wait!
Update: CHICKEN SANDWICH! YES! What are you waiting for? It was so juicy, just the right amount of crispiness, and didn’t expect how juicy the chicken was going to be! Can’t wait to come back.

Sandwhich was pretty good and the egg was cooked well. Downsides are that the sandwich was small and very expensive. An egg and cheese sandwich was $9. That is bun, cheese, egg, a couple pieces of onion, and hot sauce for $9. They also had a really small menu with four items. Two of the items are the same except for one ingredient.

Tasty Migas tacos (perfect eggs) and breakfast sandwich! The egg, bacon, cheddar breakfast sandwich was absolutely perfect… decadent house made bun, thick cut bacon, perfect egg and cheese. Potatoes were crunchy and well seasoned.

The Best Chicken sandwich in Eugene! It is huge, crispy and so delicious. (The home fries are unique and also wonderful) I could only eat half sandwich, but will take a break and finish it off soon. Try it ~ love it!
