Shrimp was overcooked and chewy. Halibut was dry. Very little flavor in breading. Not bad, just disappointing and underwhelming. Seems to be more self-service. Two big guys behind counter were rude, young guy with glasses made an effort. Name tags would be nice. With all the hype around Newmans, I expected more.

Wow... I drive past this location alot and didn't know they were there but really happy I stopped by. Had the Halibut with fresh cut fries and proceeded to order dinner to go for the whole family to-go. Fish was exceptional! All and all had the Cod, Halibut and coconut shrimp! Eveything was amazing but the Halibut and Coconut shrimp are a must try! Cole slaw very fresh and both regular and Cajun fries where delicious, Cajun having a little kick. Finally the tarter and cocktail suaces where fresh and tasty! Prices, very reasonable! 5 OUT of 5 I will return!

Hands down best Fish n Chips! I like their Cod basket, $11.00, very reasonably priced and my wife orders two pieces of Halibut and we share the chips. $20 will feed two of us and it’s the best around!!

I totally forgot about this location until my friend reminded me about it. The fish is so perfectly fried, and they'll let you get one of each so you can try them all. The chowder was very good too. Service was excellent. Overall a fantastic place to get fish in Eugene.

Tried two dishes; the halibut and the rockfish. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the rockfish won!! The seasoning was amazing! We also hand the chowder and fries. Bomb like donkey Kong. Kinda small place for the winter.

I loved this place, mostly for the quality of the food. Atmosphere is fine. A little bare bones but was clean. We waited a while but I think the staff must have been restocking at that time because there was a wait and then it seemed like several customers all got their food at the same time. And when we got ours, it was all piping hot. Super fresh tasting halibut and coconut shrimp. Will be back with my husband!
