Went for a long walk downtown today, and had to stop by Noisette Pastry Kitchen of course! I had a wonderful mocha and a delicious apple galette! I stop by Noisette whenever I am in the area, and have tried a number of their pastries and coffees... and they are always terrific! Staff is always wonderful also! The cherry tart is from a previous visit!
Way overpriced, limited options, disgusting tables. Seating options obstruct pathways around the restaurant. We left.
5 stars on presentation alone. So beautiful I had to pull out my big camera. Came back to edit review after trying. While the presentation is perfect, they all didn't taste that great unfortunately
Noisette Bakery is pure magic. Every bite is flawless, beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and utterly addictive. I love them. 🥐✨
Everything I've eaten here has been heavenly. Gallete = bliss.
Noisette is my favorite cafe in Eugene. I visit from Seattle several times a year, and this is always a must stop for me. The pastries are excellent, the atmosphere is lively, and no trip to Eugene feels complete without it. The walls are all windows so bring sunglasses on a bright day!
Lovely, dahling, lovely! I had the Orange Cardamom Cake. I made this cake for Thanksgiving, and needed another piece. This one was perfect, with the perfect balance. I'll be back.
Great local spot, cozy seating area, vast selection, amazing price point. Stopped in on our way back to Portland. I am a die hard carrot cake fan and I would have loved to give these cake cookies 5 stars, but honestly, I was overwhelmed by the dry, overcooked cookies so much so that I couldn’t even tell you what the middle frosting tasted like.
The custard tart, however, was where it’s at. Rich inside, creamy, and flaky crust. The whipped cream frosting on top was a bit dry too, however, so I’m wondering if our late, last minute stop, end of day visit was a contributing factor. I would like to think that the pastries cakes and tarts can last an entire day. But I’m mostly a consumer, not a baker anymore. I would definitely recommend this spot based on your taste preference and sweet tooth.
Excellent pastries, atmosphere and service.
The chocolate croissant and sausage hand pie I had were excellent - flaky and moist.
My drip coffee was average. A little flat with bitter and sour notes (not much complexity of aroma/flavor). Perhaps sitting a while since initial brewing? (I wish I could find a place that did single pour-overs somewhere in Eugene.)
I’d return for the pastries for sure! (And I actually did 2 days later, to get some for the flight before we flew out.)
The tarts are something to behold!

Went here twice in the past 24 hours, savory the first time, for lunch, and then sweets for breakfast the second visit. Everything was outstanding! We also got a baguette to go. Also excellent. The service was very friendly. I would be a regular if I lived in Eugene.
Stopped by in the morning, Cafe had many options of pastries, including GF and Vegan. Highly satisfied with our visit would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go to a nice cafe!
This a bakery right out of a dream. Flawless pastries, both sweet and savory. The savory hands pies are perfect.
Hands down the best bakery in Eugene.
Their pastries were so good! 🥐😋
