Eating here is very uncomfortable. The employees clearly hate being there and take it out on the customers. I've been here 3 times and am tired of it. The food was great!

The food is fantastic. The issue is getting the food.
Never call to place an order I've attempted twice the second time it cut to an employee, I assume didn't know they didn't put themselves on mute, complaining about her nails.
The second issue is going in to place an order. You will be ignored by all the employees and when they acknowledge you they will be very irritated that your placing an order.
Foods great though!

I don’t know how they’re still in business. I picked it up within 10 minutes but everything was cold. Pot stickers were not cooked or heated at all. Mac and cheese cold. Milk and applesauce missing. Bread appeared to be moldy. Salad (not the one I ordered) was rotten and should not have been served. Chicken Noodle Soup bad. Noodles (you’d think they’d get Noodles right here??) gummy and tasted old. This place is not going to make it unless a miracle happens

We go at least once a week for BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese and Meatballs! Love the atmosphere - super friendly staff and clean restaurant. I even ordered 20 minutes before close and they served me with a smile!!

Gone way down hill. So smelly in here like garbage so they have this back door open on a 50 degree day. Boxes of extra plastic wear in the seating area. Did I mention it stinks in here? Bathrooms are closed. Staff talking about the kitchen needs servicing. Etc. is there a new owner? Won’t be back. Valley River Center location. 🤢 also food was cold and had to send back.

I’m just rating to try to explain some of the problems people are having here.

All of the staff here are very, VERY, new. Some of us are even new to the food business entirely.

The problems with closing are due to staffing issues, they’re extremely understaffed. And as a new restaurant, we don’t receive the same level of attention from corporate that others do.

We are constantly behind on shipments, and are told to make less because we are expected to have slower days than other N&Co Locations (which is wrong, haha)

Again, everyone is very new and everyone is working on their customer service and skills in a restaurant, I hope many of you will have the patience to bear with us.

Any and all problems, made clear to us will be sorted out. And hopefully we can’t right our wrongs and make you happy.

Thank you.

I have been to noodles and company several times at other locations and had good experiences. I will however never go back to this location. I ordered carry out on the app. They were out of two of the entrees my partner and I wanted so we choose other things, (not that big of a deal). He picked it up and drove home to find the med salad that I paid for extra dressing had no dressing. He drove back to the store and they told him they were out of the salad dressing. That could have been shared during ordering or pick up to save a drive back to the store to try to remedy that. I then realized the salad was also missing the olives and feta cheese that were also supposed to be on it, which is what made it feel like something other than a normal (would be very expensive) side salad. Overall awful service, and less than mediocre food. No one seemed at all apologetic or offered any sort of compensation (still charged for extra dressing when none was given) for messing up the order and my partner having to drive there twice to still not have the issue resolved. I am not usually a picky person and don't usually complain about mistakes, but this was just a really bad experience.

My family and I came here just for a quick meal and everything was good. Although there was very few items actually available, the women on staff were very sweet. Towards the end of our meal, a male worker who had not been there previously, came in. From what my partner and I observed it looked like he had simply made himself quite a bit of food, had made some snarky remarks to the staff working and then while he was leaving, he started having a very aggressive argument with one of the women working. He then spoke down to her in a condescending tone and had yelled at multiple staff. He also spoke of employees losing their jobs and how he was allowing one of the women to leave with him. The other staff apologized for the distubance but honestly I don't think they should've. He was the one who caused the problems and he offered no apology the the staff or the customers. Whoever is managing this restaurant is doing a piss poor job, letting someone treat the women who were working that night like that. Do better.

Given it a couple tries and they always seem to close early after they mess up the order. Staff is very kind; but I don't know how they expect to keep people coming back when the food is as expensive as it is when they consistently get the orders incorrect.

I’ve been coming to this location for years… the new staff was absolutely terrible. Waited 25 minutes when it was behind the counter, then all the females had such terrible attitudes and were SO rude. I’d rather drive to the Springfield location than deal with any employee there.

I used to eat here often, but today I had a deeply upsetting experience. My fiancée and I visited with our service dog, who assists with CPTSD. The owner, Aaron, told us they don’t allow service animals without a vest, which is incorrect and not required by law. He also proceeded to ask invasive and inappropriate questions, which violate ADA guidelines.

Additionally, he made derogatory comments, including saying our dog wasn’t the “right breed” and using racial slurs toward our family. This behavior is unacceptable. I even went in a second time without our service dog to calmly explain the law and kindly ask him to treat future customers with more respect. Unfortunately, I was met with even more hostility and disrespect—not just toward us, but toward veterans, active service members, and the community as a whole.
