i went inside for the first time today because i had a coupon for a dozen bundtinis even though it expired (yesterday :( ) i thought all hope was lost but i called and lucy helped me still get them! i got to customize the flavors and they came out so quick and were delish as always. i love the vibe and staff here! made my whole day <3

Many years ago, I bought a cooler bag which came with a deal that if you buy four mini cakes that you would get one free. Over the years I’ve managed to lose the bag and was told upon my last visit that I just had to mention that I bought the bag in the past and that they would honor.the deal. The very unpleasant woman that helped me at the counter today told me that I’d have to buy another bag all over again to qualify for that deal which completely contradicts what I was told several months ago and is going to cause me to never come back again and patronize your business. Not keeping your word is the quickest way to lose customers.

The owners, Bob and Denise Cerince, are two of the kindest, most community-minded people we know. They regular support non-profits in the area, and came through with desserts for the North Star Volleyball Jamboree. Every experience is positive, from the people to the product!
