The owner who I believe is named Jon is incredibly rude and lacks communication skills. His food is not impressive and the coffee is the worst I’ve had in Eugene. This place is sort of a joke! I really enjoyed reading the one star ratings and his responses. Keep up the good work!!

My friend and I went to purchase something, he went first and the man taking and making his order was passive aggressive and just not inviting or friendly at all. I was picking up a delivery order. When I tried to double check on the name for the Delivery the man said my name and I said yes I am that Dasher but can I please double check the name that I'm picking up for (so I don't pick up the wrong order from Nourish, I'm just wanting to do my job on my end and make sure I don't pick up the wrong order for Doordash but the man rudely refused). This is the same man complained about in other comments in general. I went then again another day to pick up another order. Same guy, same experience, when is Nourish actually going to do something about this guy? Doesn't make you want to come here at all.

I have nothing but good things to say. New to Eugene and the owner Jon was the first person I interacted with. He was so friendly and kind, I felt very welcome which meant a lot to me being new and not knowing anyone here. Ive had numerous things on the menu: shrimp skewers, ramen, sweet potatoes, and several beverages.
Pretty much everything is amazing - my personal favorites are the cortado and the sweet potato tacos (DELICIOUS!!! Seriously, ridiculously good). I dont know whether I like the food or the owner more - Jon is always thoughtful, considerate, and you can tell he takes deep pride in his work. I love how mindful he is regarding quality of ingridients and processes, he cares a lot about the impact of his food, not just on people but on the environment and animals as well.
Quality spot run by a quality dude - highly recommend!!

They claim to open at 8:30, but I went two days in a row and it wasn’t open. Second day, it opened 10 minutes late, and then they said it would take 30 minutes to make the breakfast special because the kitchen wasn’t ready… I’m giving up on this place!

The food is so good I crave it every day! Love the fermented mushrooms, sprouts and sauerkraut. Amazing on a salad or in their soup. The egg in the soup is my newest love. Cashew creme, sweet potato tacos… everything is chef’s kiss

Might be the most disappointing interaction I’ve had with a barista in Eugene. Located on Friendly street but the employees are anything but happy and friendly. With his earbuds in, he was obviously annoyed to be bothered with a question about the menu and stated just order on the tablet. What happed to human interaction and connection? When I asked if I could get 1/2 and 1/2 for my coffee, since it wasn’t an option on the menu he stated no one offers that anymore. “Unless you want to purchase it and bring it to me. No one serves 1/2 and 1/2 since like early 2000’s, everyone wants oak milk.” Unbelievable, in fact every coffee shop I’ve visited in Eugene in the past 16 years has creamer for their coffee. Don’t waste your time here unless you want limited options and an overpriced pretentious coffee drink.

This is my favorite healthy food spot. The tacos are phenomenal on sweet potato tortillas, the Roman will comfort you on any day (not just rainy ones), the ferments are so flavorful(not just vinegary like some spots), the smoothies are delightful. 10/10
