They brought back the Ravioli De Portobello dish back. Absolutely my favorite.

Macrina, doing to-go orders, was so kind to me/my family as we try to have my dad eat more during his treatment. She and the manager were so kind, can’t thank them enough for their humanity.
I am so deeply confused. I sit in my car wilst writing this staring at a cup holder stocked to the lip of andes mints™. He was so chill, but brought like... three extra drinks, we asked for lemon slices; he brought TWO AND A HALF LEMONS. At the end of the date, as we ready to exit, not only does he package our leftovers himself, but nonchalantly yet unceremoniously slathered the table with a litany of andes mints, which are (as I've been informed) usually one per person. I would indeed reccomending this olive garden, to not only friends, but strangers, and random bus stop people. Go here; something unexpected and odd and wonderful may happen

Love there soup, salad, and breadsticks - all you can eat. They make the best zuppa Toscana soup!

I’ve been living in the area for over two years and have visited this Olive Garden many times without any issues. Today, however, I was refused service by a server named Rachel because my ID had a slight bend in it. I’ve used the same ID at this exact location multiple times, including recently, and it has never been a problem.
I understand the need to follow policy, but the way it was handled felt inconsistent and unnecessarily rude. Instead of discussing it politely or giving clarification, the interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It was disappointing, especially since I’ve always had good experiences here before.
I hope management can address this so future guests are treated with more consistency and respect.

Wasn't as good as I remember from years ago. I got spaghetti and meatballs it had a piece of hair in it so had to get a new plate of pasta. Tasted like basic spaghetti. Had the salad some of the lettuce was brown. Breadsticks were hard. Wasn’t to impressed this time. But the waiter was nice. Overall I don’t think I would go back.

Our family goes to Olive Garden in Eugene, Oregon just a few times per year. A special treat for us. We ate here the beginning of the year and just recently, November. What we thought as a fluke was not. Have you ever heard of “Shrinkflation”?PaneraBread did so and lost! They decided to decrease quality, quantity and eliminate customer favorites that cost them. Their customer base went way down. They got the hint. Now that is reversed. Thank you Panera Bread! We expected a little higher price as we are realistic. Until such time as this Olive Garden provides the once great customer service, goes back to the original quality and quantity. We will not return.

Maybe I'm missing something because I still hear people RAVE about olive garden, but I just really don't like it. The food is pretty expensive and I don't think the breadsticks are as good as they used to be.

We called in for take out. Everything was ready when it said it was going to be and delivered promptly when we arrived.
The food was a huge disappointment. The chicken and steak for both Alfredo’s had been cooked until tough, the breadsticks were dry and stale. The noodles were more than Al dente some were totally undercooked. On top of that the noodles were dry… due to a shortfall of sauce. We live 5 min away so it’s not that it sat around.
I have always loved Olive Garden and was looking forward to a good meal that I didn’t need to cook. Especially after driveing a very long distance after a difficult and exhausting week away from home. We rarely eat restaurant food, so it is always a treat. This was a huge disappointment.

I ordered food for carry out. I had to give them my email address to do it. I keep my email very clean so I don’t get a whole lot of spam. The very next day after I gave them my email address, I had over 50 spam emails. They sold me out for a few bucks. I will never eat Olive Garden again. I hope a few bucks now is worth losing a customer for life.
