If you are a man, the urinals in the rest room are scary.

We called in for take out. Everything was ready when it said it was going to be and delivered promptly when we arrived.
The food was a huge disappointment. The chicken and steak for both Alfredo’s had been cooked until tough, the breadsticks were dry and stale. The noodles were more than Al dente some were totally undercooked. On top of that the noodles were dry… due to a shortfall of sauce. We live 5 min away so it’s not that it sat around.
I have always loved Olive Garden and was looking forward to a good meal that I didn’t need to cook. Especially after driveing a very long distance after a difficult and exhausting week away from home. We rarely eat restaurant food, so it is always a treat. This was a huge disappointment.

I ordered food for carry out. I had to give them my email address to do it. I keep my email very clean so I don’t get a whole lot of spam. The very next day after I gave them my email address, I had over 50 spam emails. They sold me out for a few bucks. I will never eat Olive Garden again. I hope a few bucks now is worth losing a customer for life.

On Sunday my boyfriend took my and our two friends to lunch for my birthday when we got in there this overly large woman and her two teenage children where taking pictures of us and laughing we asked them to stop but they just kept doing it even thought they where done eating… so we asked the waiter (who we really liked and did his best to help us) to move us out of that section and explained what those people where doing so he did move us around the corner and they then proceeded to move there chairs and to sit back in there chairs continuing to take pictures and videos of them so the. David came up the kitchen manager and started cussing at them telling them that it was a family restaurant and they can’t talk like that to the other customers and they then proceeded to kick my daughter and her boyfriend out instead of the family that was harassing my daughter and her friend who has tattoos and who’s husband was (black) so definitely racist motivated and when I called to complain he said that my daughter and her party where yelling across the restaurant (which he was to) and that the girls who was taking the pics and videos was only about 12 so apparently that made it okay for her to continue harassing my child and her friends and it was not just the child who no one knows how old she was it was also the other teenager with her and mother who was not stoping her teenagers from behaving that way so I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant and I really wish that David would have delt with my phone call differently instead he just argued with me and said that the other people where in the right even though they moved them due to those people I hope that the upper management calls me and deals with this differently I will update my review and let you all know!

I had the four cheese manicotti, and while not truly Italian cooking, it was fairly good, although it was much too salty. The salad did not have too much dressing.
Vegetarian options: Rather tasty eggplant Parmesan.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

I understand that the language is English, but I hope they improve that part of being bilingual. The menu in Spanish leaves a lot to be desired, and it even seems that if you don't speak English, the list of choices on the menu (a black and white printed sheet) is not very presentable so to speak... the menu does not offer any photos or the complete menu. So you don't want to return. But they can improve!
Dietary restrictions: They don't have variety.

I’m pretty sure Olive Garden played a prank on us today, because we have never experienced service so TERRIBLE!
Let’s start off to say that we went in at 9pm (a late dinner) after my husband was done with classes at the college as we have hardly seen each other all week with him working full time in construction and doing school at night. We also didn’t have our kids.
First when we were seated, they tried to seat us at a dirty table they were apologetic and everything was okay.
Got our drinks in good time and our order taken also in good time.
Got brought our salad, soup and bread. Well the brought the soup with no spoon. Again no big deal it happens. Our waiter went to get one and said he’d be right back. Fast forward 10 minutes (and this is not an exaggeration) and no spoon or waiter in sight. Finally, he comes back to “check in” to be asked to get a spoon again. Fast forward 5 minutes still no spoon and the waiter comes back by, again without a spoon. He leaves for another few minutes and I can hear him loudly talking with a fellow employee about how it’s not funny that they haven’t brought us a spoon yet completely ripping this person a you know what. He comes to the table with new soup and spoon since the one my husband has is obviously cold after waiting 20 minutes. All seems to be well again.
Eat the soup/salad, no one has came back to check in or see if we have our food. More time goes by (we were being patient as we saw them seating a large party). I joke and tell my husband they probably forgot our food. By the time the waiter comes back to us we’ve been in the restaurant for an hour, asks if anyone has brought us food knowing they haven’t as all that’s on the table is salad and soup china. He goes to “check” our order and comes back to RETAKE our order! It’s now 10:15, we decided to just leave instead of sit there not being taken care of. I have never walked out of a restaurant before, but today I did.
I could have understood if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t, there were 3 people standing doing nothing when we left and two servers helping one table while we just sat there. Very disappointed in today’s experience.

It's a chain restaurant. You know what youare going to get.
Had reservations for 6:30 didn’t get seated til 7:00 if we wanted a seat at 7:00 we would have made a reservation for 7. Work on management it completely sucks and talking bad about people in our female.

Local with its own parking, clean and with access for people with special abilities.
Good flavor and presentation of food, I could repeat soup, salad and bread. They put all the grated cheese you want on your food.
Family atmosphere, presentable, neat and very friendly waiters.

Food is decent for mass produced. Servers vary but generally nice and quick. Atmosphere is ok but could use some updating
