This is for the one in Springfield, not sure why it isn't popping up on Google maps. Straight up, maybe the best fried catfish I've had, super fresh and awesome breading. Loved the fries and the bbq sauce was hitting. Love to get back and try some more soul food!
I wish I would have been using my head to take a picture before hand but once I bit into my catfish I couldn’t stop!!!!! Hands down best fried fish I have had in a very very long time!!! 100 out of 10 would recommend!!!
We have only experienced this food truck once, but from the one experience I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. We ordered the Philly cheese steak basket (with no cream cheese, husband doesn’t like it) with waffle fries. After a few bites of the Philly, we both agreed that the it need some sort of a spread to tie it all together and even my husband agreed with me that the cream cheese spread would have been the icing on the cake.
