Only Yolking makes the BEST breakfast sandwich. Thick slices of Bacon, Egg fried perfect, thick slab of Avo, thick slice of Tomato, slices of monterrey jack & colby, spicy aioili are on bread that is toasted rather well done. The yolkers smash is amazing. They threw in green eggs and ham on the house. The totchos and Some Pig sandwich are great. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly, the service is great. The price is a little steep but still 5 stars. Bonus points cause they have a menu for your dog. Located in a food cart lot with plenty of parking on the street. Can't beat the B.E.A.T. Only Yolking catered brunch for a wedding and made a feast that was absolutely fantastic. They were flexible with portion sizes and the brunch was a highlight of the wedding.
