Amazing food. Friendliest staff. The yolkers smash is amazing. They threw in a green eggs and ham on the house for us to try as well. Don’t sleep on the green eggs and ham!

We were in Eugene for the weekend and happened upon Only Yolking for breakfast. Could not believe how delicious the food was! Could not speak higher of the service we received and how amazing the food was. We had the totchos and Some Pig sandwich and both were great!

Located in a food cart lot. Plenty of parking, on the street as well. Service great & friendly. Can't beat The B.E.A.T. Thick slices of Bacon, Egg fried perfect, thick slab of Avo, thick slice of Tomato...and slices of monterrey jack & colby, spicy aioili. The bread is toasted rather well done...I'm assuming to hold the Sammie together bc any less and all that juicyness would dissentegrate the Sammie. Son (very picky eater & amatuer burger conniseuir) had the Yolker's Smash. For him to say it was good earned the 5th star!
[Came back again to try Some Pig. 5 🌟, again. So flavorful. How they fry an egg within the toast?! Such friendly service, again!]

Wow wow wow! Only Yolking makes absolutely fantastic food! They catered brunch for our wedding and made the trip out to Loloma Lodge where our guests were floored by the delicious food coming out of the kitchen. Liz and Koa were so easy to work with and people I'd love to just hang out with. They were flexible with deciding what to serve for brunch, portion sizes, all the things. And they whipped up a feast for us to test the food ahead of time which made decision making all the harder when it was all so tasty. This was a highlight of our wedding!

They are a very cute little food cart with delicious unique food! I don't know where else in town you can get the same menu items, and if you could, Only Yolking's food is high quality and flavorful! I also love their community work with dogs! (My dogs love getting their dog breakfast items)

We stumbled upon Only Yolking without realizing it was a food truck, which made it even better— because we are food truck folks ourselves!!
Koa and Liz were very welcoming. The menu options were great- creative flavor combos. We loved the tots- which were sooo filling! They were very generous on their guacamole/avocado, which is abnormal for many places to be generous with this- cuz you always are left wanting more. The servings are generous, presentation beautiful, flavors creative, bold and well balanced (creamy pesto and spicy aioli were both awesome!). Menu prices are fair- and food generous.
The bread pudding was excellent and beautifully presented (and baked in their pizza oven).
Atmosphere was quaint with picnic tables and a little squirrel feeder with hungry squirrels munching away on peanuts.
Very enjoyable breakfast for our family.
We talked stories for a bit afterwards as Koa is also from Hawai’i which is where we are visiting from.
All in all definitely a place we would return!!
