We were in Eugene for the weekend and happened upon Only Yolking for breakfast. Could not believe how delicious the food was! Could not speak higher of the service we received and how amazing the food was. We had the totchos and Some Pig sandwich and both were great!
Located in a food cart lot. Plenty of parking, on the street as well.
Service great & friendly.
Can't beat The B.E.A.T. Thick slices of Bacon, Egg fried perfect, thick slab of Avo, thick slice of Tomato...and slices of monterrey jack & colby, spicy aioili. The bread is toasted rather well done...I'm assuming to hold the Sammie together bc any less and all that juicyness would dissentegrate the Sammie.
