Craving DQ's usually good strawberry shake I go in this one to fulfill that impulse and they are almost half again higher in price. Don't care how much I needed one, I ain't payin' $7 for a $5 milkshake. NEVER going to this overpriced business again.

This is the location on campus. We were craving Blizards and went thru the drive thru. The employee was friendly and quick. Food was good. No complaints!

We love how close this is to campus but the quality is BOOOOOOFF. They never give you enough toppings even though they charge you 50 cents more if you ask for EXTRA. They never have a good ice-cream to topping ration and there is this one worker who has a absolute attitude. He can't do anything without a snarky look or comment and always gets the order wrong. They must up their service.

Traaaaaash. Go to any other Dairy Queen in the area, no matter how long the trip is. I had to wait 10 minutes for a 4 piece chicken strip basket just to find when I got back to my apartment that my "strips" were the size of nuggets. I've known people who work at Dairy Queen and they don't serve chicken pinkies in baskets. Worst location hands down. Would give 0 stars if yelp allowed.

This location is conveniently close to the U of O and it's open late, but those are the only good things about it. Few staff members are friendly and welcoming, it seems like they all hate their jobs and don't even try to hide that from the customers. They don't smile, and generally just seem annoyed. I used to love Dairy Queen when I was a kid, the ice cream used to be a lot creamier, but now it just tastes watery, and it melts in seconds. The employees do not follow health codes (I found hair in my food a few times, they would put the spoon in the ice cream with their bare hands and then put the lid on over the spoon, which sometimes pushed the spoon all the way into the ice cream) and the only thing edible there now are the fries.

What a disaster. I came in with a friend who was in the hospital. They were very hungry. I was not hungry but I was going to be. The cashier greeted us with a few things, and proceeded to make sure that we were able to get some food. Then she began verbally assaulting and she was very excited about it. I never learned if they had any ideas for the next time. I was not offered any more than a few minutes. We sat down eventually and my friend was going to be a dick. He was unhappy with the fact that he was not the only one there. That is not your fault. There was a spider in the ketchup but I didn't see it. They have chicken and I think it is a good thing. But also, why come here when you get here? If you are hungry, you can get a life.

If you wanna argue with the workers, then this is the place to go to. They need to be trained better. But, the manager supports their behavior from what I saw on "free cone day" so I don't have high hopes. I will still go here though since it is so close.

The glazed chicken strip basket wasn't even glazed all the way, it looks like someone half-assed poured bbq sauce on a corner of the chicken strips. My friend bought a 4-piece chicken strip basket and only received 3 pieces. How do you even screw that up?

Get the blizzard, jeeez if you're not getting a blizzard you are really sheisting yourself. Also highly recommend getting the chicken tenders with a side of gravy, it is a staple. The most profound experience one can have at Dairy Queen is when you're absolutely blitzed so just make sure you've had enough bev and have a wild time! The cook is amazing. This is THE dq to go to.

if i could leave less than one star, i would. ordered a royal reese's blizzard and they gave me plain vanilla soft serve in a blizzard cup with the most meager dollop of peanut butter. went back thru the drive thru to get it remade with actual chunks and bits in it (like how it's supposed to be made) and they messed up my order a SECOND time. and they even had the audacity to be super rude about having to remake it, giving me a ton of attitude, even tho i was nice to them (because i get it, i've worked in food service too.) somehow it was MY fault that they messed up my order. when the guy brought out my blizzard, he had the audacity to say "here's your blizzard...again", taking a swipe at me for not accepting the second blizzard that they had remade, the wrong way... absolutely unbelievable and no apology for my wasted time and frustration whatsoever. never going to this dairy queen again, and i don't recommend it to anyone else either. and it's sad, because i'd been going there for awhile with out any problems. but this was the worst customer service i've ever had.
If you don't want to deal with drunk college kids on the weekend maybe don't work at a place that's open until 3am on campus. Instead of treating your paying customers poorly use that energy to figure out what's missing from your sad life.

Don't go here if you want ice cream. We went here and their ice cream machine was broken. 3 weeks later we tried again. Still broken. Are you kidding me? Why are you even open? It pisses me off because we went there specifically for blizzards and it's 20 min from our house. Waste of time. Never going here again.

Stopped here after some appointments across the street. A dipped cone sounded good. I got a dipped cone that looked like the leaning tower of Pisa! Was just a sloppy mess! I mean come on! At least try at your job! I get I am writing a review for DQ, and about a friggin leaning cone! I guarantee I am not the only person to get disappointed to get a leaning tower of terror from them!

We have mixed emotions with this. Sometimes the service is super fast and sometimes is slow. Similar to the service is the niceness of the people. We always go to the drive up and we are usually un impressed, but I have noticed that lately the service has been getting better. I will return.
