We purchased three blizzards 5/21/2018 and we keep giving them a chance to get better but no success. I guarantee they could not do the upside down test! It will be back to the Dairy Queen off Coburg road.

So in the day and age of customer service matters because people have choices where they spend their money at the River Road location the snotty cashier at the window and the manager that can only seem to quote what their owners say we were told this.... the owners for 3 locations in this area will post promotions to entice guests to come to their locations but then choose not to participate at the River Road location. All this over not honoring $1.00 off all Blizzards until 3/31 as the advertisement on Facebook says...what a bait and switch tactic. I will be sharing this with all my friends and family to not patron this location ever again. Wow! Such great customer service over a dollar!

The manager Jacob told me that I had to order my resses royal blizzard the way it is on the menu. I don't like the brownies and as a regular customer should have the right to substitute it. I ordered it way I like it the other day from a different employee. I just wanted to go out to ice cream with my son. What ever happened to the customer is always right. I've never heard of not being able to switch ingredients in a blizzard! Terrible service! I won't be going back

It was around 9p after my son basketball game and we were tired. Order was cold. Can't blame driving home as we only live next door. I never go here because of service. However they were nice last night in drive thru. The food was just cold.

We were loyal dairy queen customers when we lived out in Junction city because that one was friendly courteous and if there was a problem, they always fixed it however they could. We never got wrong sized ice cream cones when ordering the same or rude service where the 12 yr old at the window could not count back .31 cents and argued with me about it until she just said fine steal my money and gave me the change she owed me anyways. I don't know how this one is still in business with their employees being so rude. I will not go there again...

Very disappointed. Literally watched my kids get ignored over and over by their high school employees. Then when I said something I got back talked by one of the employees. This is right after taking my entire family out for ice cream and spending 25 bucks just on dessert. We won't be Back.
