DO NOT GO AROUND 7:30-8. Waited over an hour to get through a 6 car backup in drive thru. How does it take over an hour to get 6 cars through?!?!? Were you guys poorly staffed or was nobody told what to do?!! I should not have to wait over an hour for my overpriced food. I demand a refund

I asked if I could wait for orange chicken to be fresh and they just filled my plate with the old soggy orange chicken anyway. Show me in was also veggie mein, no noodles and soggy cabbage and celery

I am giving them 5 star for outstanding service and behavior of the employee. One day I got a big plate and looks like they missed to give all of my order in pickup and I find out and call them. Upon giving them proof, they not only refunded me money also Jose (Their supervisor that day) also said sorry and offered me to get my next meal on him - I genuinely like this gesture. I will recommend this place. You will get 5 star treatment. :)
The staff over here are just typically rude, I don't get it why for whatever reason. I have purchased food here for some time and I have realized its just their culture to be rude.

Protein is consistently good. Veggies and surrounding foods? Not so much. Can’t seem to fully cook their foods. Staff is great though, so really I’d just caution to check before you eat!
