Last week I tried going there for my lunch while at work it was about 6pm on a Friday or Saturday I went through the drive through and ended up with someone else's order. When I went back to get my lunch I waited about 35 minutes in the lobby which was jammed pack. I watched the crew struggle then 2 customers started screaming at each other when one asked for a manager the lady told them there is no manager tonight...
What kind of fast food business doesn't have a manager on a weekend evening when it's known to be the busiest...
By the time I got my food it was cold. I watched it sit on the line for about 15 minutes before they handed it to me...
Totally not worth the money nor the wait. It's panda express I wasn't expecting restaurant quality but hot or even warm food would have been nice..

Ordered with redeemed coupon online for family, and we all got half portion than usual, why? So don’t use the redeemed gift.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with them, I went through the drive through and sat there for about 10 minutes before taking my order and they didn’t even get my order right, I ordered 2 plates and my plate were wrong I ordered white rice and fried rice with orange chicken mind you there was like no orange chicken on my plate and they gave my chow main, and I confirmed with them and they said they got it.. I called and they lady who answered they phone said to come back and they would remake my place I came back and they didn’t remake my plate they gave the smallest thing of fried rice, and mind you I gave my place of food to someone in need except to come back and get a fresh plate they messed up

Went through and ordered the cubs meal, confirmed twice that they had put the drink in the bag and they said they did. They did not.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE BEEN THERE THEY ARE OUT OF ALL BUT MAYBE ONE OR TWO DISHES. NEVER HAVE CHICKEN TERIYAKI AND THE VEGETABLES ARE TERRIBLE.
This location messes up a lot. It's the 3rd time they've forgotten to give me my side entree, which I paid almost $6 for. I also love it (sarcasm) when I get all broccoli, no beef.

Forgot one of my bowls and barely gave me any chicken on top of my chow main. I went back to see what they could do and gave me the bowl they forgot and said they couldn't add any more chicken.

How is it I never get was sauce I ask for with my order, I just placed a delivery order and requested teriyaki sauce, and some sweet and sour sauce and there is not one sauce with my order, how?! Is says right on the order!

I was satisfied. I notice that when I go in and there's a steady flow of people. I pick which ever dish looks fresh and that's usually good
