We frequently use the drive through for a quick meal.
Mobile order, foods never ready when estimated, or even after receiving text order is ready. Today i sat in restaurant for 15 mins waiting for an online order watching people walk in, get food, and eat. Portions are smaller than ever. Turning into a waste of time and money. This has happened multiple times and I'm a sucker for coming back. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I hate getting horrible food and service more...

the food is hella good but your service sucks. my doordash order was completely wrong and its happened way more than once with you guys. i work in food service and its really not that hard to give people the food they ask for even if the store is busy. my order literally said what food i got on the lid of the box and when i opened the lid that’s not what it was. i dont think rice and noodles look the same. do you have a bunch of 4 year olds working for you, or is everyone you hire just illiterate?? lmfao. do better. or just fire the 4 year olds.

I wish I could give negative stars. I became a regular here because the food was pretty good. They obviously don't want my business anymore because the last 3 times they have totally messed up my order, I am talking half missing, and when I ask them to make it right they treat me like a criminal. Fine, message received, I won't be back. I even have enough free points for a meal, I won't be redeeming them at this location.
I like the honey walnut shrimp and the noodles and the super greens. It's a filling fast meal. This line is always very, very long, so it's not a great place for a quick work lunch, grab. But it will satisfy every pallet. There are many entrees to choose from and then either fried rice, noodles, or super greens.From my experience delivering grubhub. The line is always super long, but the staff are quick to accommodate and help us. On rare occasions, we have to wait to.

The person who served my food was great. A very nice young lady! The person who cashed me out walked off in the middle of ringing up my order and announced 'I gotta go to the bathroom'. Some other guy came from the back and finished the transaction, then grabbed my fork by the tines end with his bare hand and put in directly on the plastic tray. Ick... I know it's hard to find good help these days, but dang folks, use the service skills they teach you when they hire you.

Ordered food at drive-thru, was told there would be a wait. Others had to wait as well, so no big deal. Others got their food before me even though I had ordered first. Finally had to go inside to check on order after 20min and they were finally bagging it up. I left then noticed there were no sauces that was asked for, so I had to return. Got home and now noticed that the order was not completed and order was missing food items.
