Food was decent, a Regular Papa's Pie. Atmosphere was subpar as to be expected from a chain. The highlight from this experience was the outstanding service delivered by Shane, fast and friendly! I would recommend coming to this location for the service alone.

Vegetarian options: One sauce but many veggie toppings, they even had a vegan cheese at my location.
Dietary restrictions: They are able to accommodate my allergy and let me swap a different ingredient.
Parking: LG parking lot also curbside pickup.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wide curb less area in front of the store and a wheelchair fits in the door.

I got online just before they opened so I could schedule the pick-up precisely on time to fit my needs. I selected Curbside Pickup, again to fit a custom need this day; not just a preference. I arrived at 5:01pm and this is their first discovery that they didn't have all of the ingredients for my pizza. Now, they'd have to go next door to the store, through the checkout, clean and process the produce and finish making my family's meal. At 5:19pm my order was ready. This is why I don't include the tip at the time of placing the online order. Online ordering and Curbside Pickup are only conveniences when measures are taken to be sure the service can be provided. I felt badly for the very sweet young team members working but their systems are not in order. Better luck next time kiddos.

Brenden & Madison truly went above and beyond with my order. I called it in and lost track of time. They called me upon closing and let me know they were willing to stay late so I could come pick up my order. When I arrived they provided me with the most welcoming and kind customer service in addition to their understanding and patience with me. I ended up asking to add a few things while there and they were more than willing to let me add things. While I’ll be sure not to be late next time, I’m certainly going to come to this location more often as the food was made to perfection and the customer service exceeded my expectations not only considering what I put them through, but solely because they take pride in their jobs. Thank you both!
