Great, However, it used to be you could choose the amount of your tip from no tip, to several other higher percentages, this time I had no choice,!! I was charged over 2$'s (I think $2.20 -$2.50 I think its absurd to tip someone before they even start making it..!! I always tip but having no choice seems ridiculous..!! There was a time when our store (River Rd) was giving poor service, never ready on time and sometimes poorly made, but because I didn't know in advance that it was going to be like that I had given a tip, but the next time I ordered I didn't leave a tip, that's not fair to the folks who didn't mess up the last order but it certainly wasn't fair to me..!! We get pizzas every Tues and occasionally on other days as well !!

A week ago i drove straight from work and arrived at 8:40 and was told they already had everything put away and could not make me a pizza unless I had an existing order already. Tonight I get here at 8:20 and was givin a Snark attitude by the female who took my order she just seemed like she didn’t want to be at work also the mail that made my pizza just had like this attitude like we were there too late but it was only 8:20 PM I mean they close at nine so they should make pizzas up until 855 since it only takes him a couple minutes to whip point together anyway my opinion I haven’t tasted the food yet but I’m sure it’s OK just customer service kind of suck they’re very rude.

It is not my first choice for pizza, it is ok, the service, ok. It is a go-to when and if I am watching, entertaining my younger nieces, nephews. For the younger under 12 years it is a crowd pleaser. Its a step above chef boyardee.

Second time in a row that I've put in an online order and they haven't made it till I show up at my designated pick up time. Employee was standing around and not busy when I walked in at 1:00 for my pick up. Had to wait 10 minutes. The poor guy behind me had a 12:45 pick up and had to wait longer. No point in ordering ahead if it won't be ready.

The quality of the River Road location is differentiating. Clean, a professional and friendly team, and quality food. The garlic knots are our favorite side. Even though half of the parking lot is under construction making parking difficult I persevered and was able to get my online order after about 15 minutes wait time

Parking: Half of the parking lot is under construction which accommodates SEVERAL businesses in this location. Son on 12.99 Tuesday it can be a challenge, especially between 5 and 7 PM
