Husband went and picked up a pizza on Saturday Feb 15th. When we got home we noticed it was missing items from the pizza. We called that evening and the man he spoke to said we would get 4 dollars off the next time we came in and it would be on our account. Fast forward to Tuesday Feb 25th. Husband goes back in to get a pizza with our credit. The woman behind the counter tells him there is nothing on our account and that she wouldn’t give him 4 dollars off because they don’t do that. If you don’t do that why were we told by an employee that we would have a 4 dollar credit? Husband asked if he could talk to someone and she took down his information and said a manager would call the following day. Wednesday the 26th no one called him the entire day. He called back that evening to speak to someone and the same woman from the previous night answered. She acted like she had no idea what he was talking about. He further explained and she said, oh yeah I remember you from yesterday. She said his info is on the desk and the manager would call the following day (the 27th). It is March 2nd and he has not received a call back. If your employees have incorrect information on what you are allowed to give out they need to be spoken to and be all on the same page. However, once a consumer has been provided information directly from an employee, it is wrong to not just apologize, take the amount off that was told, and let us know that if anything similar happened in the future that isn’t a typical policy and wouldn’t be allowed to happen again. We are still waiting for our call back.
