So I’ve been going to papas pizza for longer than I can remember. About a week ago, I ordered pizzas from the Coburg road papas pizza. I drove into town, from Dexter. When I made it there, my pizzas werent ready, and I waited 20 minutes or so, which isn't too big of a problem. However, I did call beforehand, and even made a couple of stops between Dexter and Papa's pizza. Again, no biggie. With that said, after waiting, I go in to pay with a gift card that had 75 bucks on it. my gift card had been beat up from being in my purse and wallet, while saving it for a rainy day for my kids and myself. the manager would not accept it and that it came from the Springfield Papa's Pizza, and that I should go there. It made absolutely no sense whatsoever. I’m still baffled. I'm like "lady it's almost 10 and I ain't gonna make it to Springfield Papa's in time! " plus the Springfield Papa's is worse than the coburg road one. she looked at me, grabbed the pizzas, AND my gift card, and told me that she was sorry she couldn't help. She kept my gift card!!!!I'm really pissed about it. It wasn't broken. Maybes little worn. It was activated, and had 75 Dollars on it. I'm probably never going to go to Papa's again. I will give my business back to Joey's Pizza, without a problem. She took my gift card! And then refused to give me her name when I asked her name and to talk to a manager! Papa's always falls short when it comes to making it right, when they mess up. every single time. Their pizza is too expensive, for them to NOT make it right. So there ya go. You might even be better off hitting Little Cesar's. Then you won't be coming out of pocket nearly $100 for 2 pizzas.

The toppings on the pizza were just not cooked. I got fries and they let them sit on the counter till they got cold. The machine for the arcade card machine only would take cash. So they have a Atm with a 3.50 charge. Honestly next time ime going over to the Subway and gonna get a pizza there then eat it at Pappas. I generally enjoy but on 4/5/2024 kinda disappointing.

This place used to be the best pizza place but it has gone downhill fast! And delivery, forget about it! Hour and a half if you're lucky and it's cold when you get it, crust like cardboard, what happened! So disappointing.

The cinnamon sticks were over spiced and that dry, powdery cinnamon was impossible to eat. Usually cinnamon is mixed with sugar to improve that texture and make a palatable experience. I had never had them here before, but was definitely not impressed. The pizza was delicious as always.

I am a local business owner who was asking to park my shop at his location since they have a great deal of parking, and the manager was extremely rude telling me that we don't do that, I couldn't get the business owners email nothing. I felt this was very unprofessional and he didn't even give me a chance to tell them what I am about. I am not a food business so I will not be competition. I would have just felt that they should have been more respectful when speaking to a fellow business. I am saddened by this and no matter how large or small my business gets I will never treat anyone like this. I would recommend they work on their people skills and allow someone like myself to at least message the decision makers as they might think my idea is great. Now I know that this place doesn't help local business which every business one day was a small business.

I've been coming to this location for the last 40 years. Classic pizza parlor serving "Northwest" style pizza. We ordered a Taco Pizza for about $40 and it had plenty of topping, literally overflowing. The Taco could be improved with Doritos bs cheap flavorless chips and some pizza sauce. It was a bit dry. This place has gotten ridiculously expensive for the quality. Lunch deal is good and the best value.

This is the perfect place for adults and kids. The food in my opinion is pleasing to both and it's a nice atmosphere for adults to visit while the kids play(Well sometimes the adults play the games too?). The pizza prices are on the higher side some would say but it is delicious. One of my favorites is shrimp and black olive. No one makes it better! It was my dad's favorite as well and he said the same. (We tried others) The salad bar is very good too. They have the best ranch dressing I have ever had at any restaurant. Well that's the opinion of my entire family?. They offer special deals if you sign up for text and email. You can get a birthday coupon as well to use during the month of your special day. If you're really lucky you can find someone selling coupons through one of the many fundraising opportunities they offer and get awesome deals on pizza and the lunch buffet (which is another excellent deal they have mon-fri). I definitely recommend checking them out. (No I don't work for them or know anyone that does..lol I just really like Papa's pizza?).

The manager said , no not until more of the pizza is gone. And unless more people come in . This was at 1:30. The special runs until 2:00. We deserve fresh hot pizza the same as the lunch rush. Very disappointed ?.
